John was quick to respond to my initial problem of a giant leak from the pipes in my yard. He gave me a temporary fix, and then set up a time to fix the problem. He explained everything and then let me choose which options were best for me. John was very professional and I would use him again without any hesitation.

They did a great job. The man that came out was courteous and explained everything.

John came when he said it would, and he was fast. I had started to do the faucet replacement in the vanity with HomeDepot parts, and the values (very old) were leaking, and I couldn't stop it, so we were anxious for a plumber to come out right away. John called back and replied to our email within an hour of our reach out to him early Monday morning. He was at the house by Monday afternoon! John's was very skilled in replacing the values, and did so without breaking the plumbing in the wall (which I was very much afraid could happen given the mixture of metals (think electrolysis) and the age (60 years). The faucet he installed is REALLY high quality. John also fixed the slow draining issues in the vanity. I would use john again in a minute... inf act I'm reaching out to him now about some additional bathroom renovation recommendations...

The price of the estimate was too high and their follow-up was poor.

My 17 year old water heater started making high-pitched, whistling noises recently, so when I saw the $49 special for a water heater flush and inspection, I called immediately in hopes that I might be able to get a few more years from my current water heater. John came out, flushed the water heater, and took time out to explain everything from building codes and water pressure limits to corrosion and protective anodes. It turns out that my water heater is in horrible shape and needs to be replaced soon. I'll be calling John at Pathmaker Plumbing as soon as my budget allows (or my current unit blows up).

It was good. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was fast.

There were no troubles with scheduling. The technician was able to complete the job in about an hour to an hour and a half. Everything was fine.

Not great. We needed a plumber and their first availability was for 2 weeks later. Three days later, our plumbing problem turned into a flooded bathroom with damage of over $11,000 in the house. We thought the coupon indicated they were available. If we knew it would take so long, we probably wouldn't have wasted time on the coupon and could have gotten another plumber in sooner.

Provider is extremely professional. Did the job as expected. I was extremely satisfied and liked that he uses a lot of technology which makes everything easier. Obviously plumbing is not a cheap job, but if I have to hire a plumber in the future again, I will consider his services.

it went great. No additional charge for the minor repairs although he easily could have / should have. He seemed more interested in developing a customer relationship than trying to make a quick buck. I was really impressed with his punctuality, communication, and overall disposition. I will be using Pathmaker again soon!

John arrived as scheduled. He worked quickly to complete the tasks within the 2 hours allotted (I had purchased an Angie's List deal for 2 hours of service). He completed the replacement of 5 old "twist" style water shut off valves with updated 1/4 turn ball valves. He also looked into a slow drain on one of the sinks. In addition, we discussed several future projects ranging from a few more valves, pressure reducer and outdoor faucet repair. He was very professional and knowledgable and I will definitely have him back to do the additional work soon. One additional thing...John was very upfront that he does not install customer supplied parts since he cannot assume liability for their quality. Overall, a very good experience.

Work went wonderfully! He was punctual and very knowledgable about plumbing. (He geeked out a bit on us, it was actually kinda awesome seeing him that passionate about his trade.) He got the work done in an afternoon and we haven't had a drip from the water heater since!

They made it out within a week and scheduling was good.

Ultimately, we purchased an entirely new toilet from them which they installed as well. They showed on time, did a good job with the installation, and were friendly and courteous when dealing with us. They also didn't leave behind any messes after the work.

He talked too much about how great he was and then gave us a ridculous estimate and he had someone else do the plumbing.

The service man examined the sink which was original to my house and over 50 years old. The original pipes were of a size which is no longer available. Since the drain trap was also no longer functional, I opted to replace the old sink with a new pedestal sink. The serviceman installed the sink, put in new pipes and faucet, installed shut-offs for the water lines, and he also repaired the water line for my icemaker in the kitchen. I was very pleased with his work, professionalism, courtesy - and felt he gave me more than an adequate discount for the coupon. I am still very pleased with the work.

He was able to fix one. The front faucet did not have access to water shut off. Felt it was an expensive job for such a minimal time. They were very prompt.

I would not hesitate to use Pathmaker Plumbing in the future.
