John offered to come after hours on a Friday to complete the work. This prevented us from having to spend the weekend with a blocked sink. He was courteous and provided exceptional service.

Technician arrived on time. Kept me informed of everything he was doing and why. Inspected plumbing and found issues to be repaired. Will schedule repairs at a later date.

He was very nice and good. He not only fixed my issues but told me who to contact for an issue that was outside of his realm.

They were not able to schedule the work soon enough to meet my needs.

I was less satisfied with them. He did the basic work and did not want to do anything out of the ordinary other than simplistic plumbing work. He did not want to fix a leaking faucet on the outside of the house that I asked him about. I would not buy the deal again. I had some issues with the scheduling and he brought his son with him to the job which I thought was very unprofessional. They got the job done in the 2 hours.

We first located John Stokes's company on Angie's Kist; he had the highest number of positive write-ups and for that reason he popped up first on the search. Adding to the Pathmaker's selection was their offering a service call discount coupon. The owner showed up right on time next day, quickly diagnosed our problem as being tank parts and lines that had outlived their usefulness. Simply said, the tank was filling very slowly. Something was amiss as the problem had been getting worse over time. As we have learned on other issues with our home, the builder often used the least expensive products available 8 years ago and now the chick's have come home to roost. John quickly replaced the parts and it was ME who suggested he look at 2 other commodes just in case they too might be on the critical list. NO UPSELLING! My suggestion. Sure enough I asked John to replace those parts as well. He also replaced cheap plastic (future problems) water lines with stainless steel lines. Hopefully we are set for a while. All work done in a timely manner with courtesy. Very professional and yes, we would call him with our next plumbing (or gas line - - he's also licensed in that trade) issue, hopefully not soon. Pathmaker's business card is definitely a keeper! AAA+++ experience.

I purchased an Angies List deal from Pathmaker Plumbing and had an appointment for today (12/17) to address a leaky faucet for which John Stokes, the owner of Pathmaker Plumbing was 20 minutes late. Within 5 minutes of John Stokes late arrival he made 2 derogatorgy remaks about my home. When I addressed my perception of his comments, John Stokes, the owner of Pathmaker Plumbing stormed out telling me to find someone else as he went. I am shocked and appalled that any business owner would ever speak to or treat a customer in the manner that John Stokes treated me. I will be in touch with Angies List to personally address this "business onwer" but also felt a warning to other potential Pathmaker Plumbing customers was warranted. Unbelievable attitude and actions by the OWNER of Pathmaker Plumbing!!!

Educational! Provider covered a wide array of other plumbing recommendations with me (which was hepful and appreciated) and ultimately repaired the toilet at a reasonable cost.

Went very well. Provider cleared clog and replaced disposal. He was afraid there was another issue and thoroughly checked out the system to make sure there wasn't. He even checked the two bathrooms. He was very punctual and very efficient, but also took time explain everything to me. Pathmaker was very easy to schedule with and were flexible when we had an issue with key & getting access to the condo (it is a rental property).

He was able to come on the same day I purchased the deal and he had a disposal in his truck. He was able to replace the disposal on the spot. He was friendly and informative! I could not ask for better service from him! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I recommend to anyone looking for a Plummer!!

He told us it wasn't a permanent fix but it's been fine since then. He was very honest and straight forward with us and reliable. Whenever it's time to make the permanent fix I will definitely call them again in the future.

The plumbing service was requested in anticipation of making changes to existing exterior plumbing. Proposed service dates were provided however due to extensive travel, I was not able to finalize a service date and changed my mind about making the exterior plumbing changes.

Fine. Just decided to use another company.

The deal says a "plumbing service call". This just meant that this was a discounted call (they usually charge 75$ to come out, but were just charging the $25...any work done and labor was for additional charges). I felt this was misleading...I just needed something replaced on my toilet; should have been a small job. They sent an automated email explaining what the "deal" didn't cover to everyone that ordered it. They also asked for the 3 dates that worked best for us...all three dates have come and gone and we haven't received any contact from them. I just want the $25 back that I originally paid for the deal. I don't want to deal with this company.

I called to set up appointment. Asked what the deal covers and they explained just coming out for the appointment not for the service.

John took care of the issue and is reasonable. I highly recommend John for any plumbing service, he really is a master of this craft and knows his stuff.

o get an estimate. So, I cancelled the appointment. In my book, this was not what the "Big Deal" was all about. I was disappointed.

He was very knowledgable and up front about what needed to be done. Very professional yet someone I would definitely use him again.
