Paragon was very professional and wonderful to work with. The finished product is lovely. I would definitely recommend them.

They were on time and gave me a detailed proposal along with photos . Very well done. However, I was shocked when the price was almost $4,000.00!!!! YIKES! I'm sure they do good work but really $4,000 for 3 foot trees. I went with a different contractor who gave me larger trees and was over $1,000.00 less.

Paragon was great to work with and did an wonderful job. They worked with me to get the work done on very short notice as I was putting my house on the market for sale and needed it in top notch shape for photos and showings. I would definitely use them again!

This provider did well for me. They re-did my back yard as well as my front yard. I have no complaints with the provider. They were very reasonable.

I have been extremely happy with the quality of their work. The crew arrives as scheduled weekly, and my lawn and landscaping are the nicest on the street. The monthly maintenance fee is very reasonable for the quality of work received. I would highly recommend Paragon to anyone looking for landscape work.

They did everything that I came up with with no problem. They were extremely responsive. For what they did I thought they were good.

We've used Paragon approximately 2+ years and have been very pleased. The guys do a great job and are always willing to do whatever we request. Our yard looks great!

They did it all in August of 2013. I did some follow-up after that. I like their professionalism. They put together a very clear plan as to what they are going to plant and where they are going to plant it. They're a first rate company. My interaction with them was great.

They were nice and responsive, but they told me that my job was too small and that they didn't want to take on the work.

Paragon was the 4th contractor we contacted for the job, and the only one that provided a 3-D CAD drawing of the design, before requiring us to sign a contract and put down a hefty deposit. Jason was very responsive to our questions, overall plan ideas, budget and timeframe. We had a small hiccup midway through the project when Paragon pulled the mason crew to another job, pending inspection of our job, but Jason made up for the delays by putting extra crews on the job to finish the work before Christmas. The end result is exactly what we were looking for and is beautiful. All crews were professional and did a good job cleaning up and leaving our property as close to the original condition as possible. Jason and Jonathan went out of their way to be on-site as much as possible to address our questions and concerns as the job progressed. They were flexible with our requests to change a few plants and lighting locations after the project had started. We are looking to contract with Paragon for ongoing lawn maintenance and would definitely use them again for any masonry work or additional landscaping.

They completed the job in one day. They removed the old plant material, created the new beds, planted the new plant material and mulched all the beds as agreed. The yard looked great when they left! They also answered any questions I had after the job was completed. I would definitely use them again.

We interviewed four landscape companies. Jason was the only one who seemed to understand what we were trying to acheive. He made great suggestions and steered us away from ideas that would not have added enough value for the money. Other companies seemed to ignore what we said about not wanting to spend a huge amount of money and gave us bids for $10K even up to $20K. Jason really listened and made a great plan. He and I went back and forth about some of the specific plants, but again, he listened and was completely accomodating. The only thing that made me unhappy was that they are so popular, I couldn't get on their schedule as quickly as I wanted and bad weather further delayed them. But when they came they were quick and efficient. They put all the plants in their intended positions and then asked me to make sure I was happy with the placement. We couldn't be happier with the results and will have to come back to take a look, even after we move. We'll probably have them do some work at our new house, too. Highly reccommend!

Jason and his team are very professional. The whole team is very good in what they do. They completed the work on time and with great quality. Jared, the project manager was very patient in answering all the questions I had through out the process. The project plan, plants selection by Jason was excellent and he responded to all my questions promptly. I had to wait close to 2 months to get their appointment but it was well worth it. My backyard looks very beautiful and I'll use them again if need be.

Well, after three days, many tons of dirt, many truckloads of mulch, moving earth and rock and planting 12 new trees, we have a beautiful backyard that will surround our new pool and patio. With the work the Paragon crew did, I can now really vision what a 'resort like' area will be and can add in shrubs and smaller trees. The crew was very professional and courteous and the amazing part did not leave a mess. Yes, they actually washed our driveway and street. It was like they were never there, except the new and stunning backyard. I am grateful to Jason and the landscaping crew. They actually took my own vision and made it reality. I will not hesitate to hire them for additional work.

We wanted to plant some privacy landscape on both sides of our backyard. We knew basically the kind of tree that we wanted, and Paragon helped select the exact species and provide advice on sizing, placement, etc. My husband received quotes from several firms, and was especially impressed with Paragon. We went with Paragon because they were knowledgeable, professional and offered a competitive price. Today, nearly one year later, we couldn't be more please with our choice and still talk about how happy we are with the trees on nearly a weekly basis! (Sidenote: My husband is very picky with our service providers, and still raves about Paragon today. Case in point, we went through at least 3 lawn service providers before purchasing a tractor to maintain the yard himself). The actual installation was delayed a bit, but that was due to the exceptional rainfall we had last June/July and through no fault of Paragon. Once the crew arrived, they were prepared to work and finished in 1.5 days in the scorching heat. They were very self-sufficient and well organized, which was appreciated since we had a newborn at the time. At one point they did have a question regarding the shape of the bedding, and they quickly double-checked with us to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted and delivered just that. Kevin was exceptionally professional and very customer service oriented throughout the entire process. He always returned our calls, and visited our property both several both several times before and after the planting. The follow up was especially impressive, with several self-directed calls/visits to check on the health of the trees and a warranty replacement on two of them. We are well on our way to having a private oasis, and we couldn't be happier! As we continue to develop our landscape, we will certainly be using Paragon in the future.

The team was on time and finished up without me even having to be home for the install - which was great with a busy work schedule. I arrived home after work to find a charming stone pathway that was perfectly level - my property is sloped and uneven so a level path was key. The refreshed beds look great and so does the new plant. Can't wait to work with them on the installation of the rest of my landscape plan in the coming months.

They were very nice to work with. We needed them to figure out what plants to plant and where. We have not used them for the work at this time but that may happen in the future.

When any problems arose, the Paragon crew was quick to resolve them to our satisfaction. Additionally, the project manager has a degree in landscape design and management, which heavily influenced our decision to go with Paragon. (We wanted someone whose credentials and experience were solid, and Jason met those requirements. The lighting, pavers, and nursery materials were top of the line, and we expect them to last for a long time. Perhaps you may find a less expensive landscape company, but you may not get the value for your dollar that Paragon gave to us. I would highly recommend Paragon and will continue to use them for our landscaping needs in the future.

They were so professional we have had them ever since. 3 yrs and counting. Very prompt and professional.

I loved the design ($150). To seed and add topsoil in Sept 2012, it was $1850 for approx 1/4 acre lot. My lawn is absolutely gorgeous. A new home was being built beside me, so we planted shrubs/trees on one side of the house in Nov 2012 ($3575) and the other side in Apr 2013 ($4150). Also in the Apr cost was the installation of an above-ground drip system. A few plants died and Paragon promptly came out and replaced them. The drip system was damaged during the recent freezing temperatures and I contacted Paragon today for a quote on service/repair to the system. I was told this service was provided only to customers on maintenance contracts. I was disappointed after $10,000 of business that I was not valued enough for this type of service. Next time, I'll go with a smaller company.
