PARAGON LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

Had to e-mail multiple times to get them to even come out. Once they came out I had to go inside for a meeting and asked them to come get me after surveying the property. They said they would write me a quote. Contacted again a couple times and never heard back and never received a quote. Seems they don't want everyone's business. I think they don't want to actually maintain the yard unless they do their design fee and remake it, but you have to pay for a designer. I'm not opposed but if I am not even going to get a quote to maintain the yard, why would I pay for them to redo it. I live in a nice neighborhood and was genuinely displeased with the time wasted and courtesy of service. Multiple e-mails and waiting on them vs. looking at other companies.

This is what was done - removal of stump grindings & unwanted plants. Created a small berm in front yard. Installed 34 new plantings. Created an expanded natural area in back yard. Created a flagstone path along side of house. Plus, flagstone landing off of rear garage entry door. Price included all materials such as approx. 30 flagstones, 12 yards screened fill dirt, 8 yards of double hammered mulch, etc. Jason was great to work with as he listened to my desired changes and went from there. Very happy with the end result.

Everything went very well. The plan was good, the installation was excellent! The crew was professional, fast, and attentive to detail. They asked for confirmation when there was a question and tweaked the plan as needed to fit our topography and existing trees. We couldn't be happier!

Paragon was professional, reasonably priced, and performed all tasks as discussed in our initial meeting and estimate. I would highly recommend them, and I will only use them for any future landscaping needs. From start to finish, it was a breeze to work with them, and the results are amazing!!!

They messed up something; I didn't discover it until later. Where the flower bed is they were supposed to take that dirt completely out and use the soil in the back. When I bought the house, it had a baseball field buried in it and they basically just went over the top of it and put it in. Then they put the sprinkler system and on the one side they want to give up with what they thought was the property line wasn't the property line now on the other side of that I have dead grass. The staff was good. They let me know what was going on.

We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. The final product came out looking exactly like Jason's 3D computerized renderings. Blessed with good weather, the project was completed in the two week period expected. I was very impressed with the work ethic of the crew (there were some 10+ hour days), and Paragon makes extra effort to clean up the site completely when finished. When we ran in to the inevitable issues one might expect with a large project as this one, such as coordinating electrical lines with a contractor, or the unexpected discovery of buried phone lines, they were able to adapt, coordinate and push forward. This organization is professional. I really have no complaints of substance. And we may be having them back again in the future to do a project on the front yard.

If I could give Paragon Landscaping 100 stars I would! They have just finished a large project for us ..a beautiful brick and bluestone patio with a firepit and a fountain. We also completely re-landscaped all around our house. Jason Birch designed everything and the employees that worked for him were terrific. Everyone was there every day with Jason checking in several times a week. Any time there was a change Jason worked quickly to figure out the best way to address it. Communication was great. They are great about staying in touch. The company also maintains our yard and have done a wonderful job. You must talk to them if you are planning an outdoor project or landscaping and/or need yard maintenance...

I had an excellent experience. Their price was high. We're going to call them soon to do the backyard. They were able to do designs in addition to the actual landscaping and hardscaping. He was very professional. All of our plants lived which was unusual with a landscape company. The work was very professionally done.

I had a terrible experience with them. I was very dissatisfied. I have had them twice but the first time they were okay raising the garden bed. The price was alright but $1 would be too much based on what they did. They drew a plan for me and there is one area in front of my house that gets very wet. They put in about 15 plants but they were inappropriate and they all died. Secondly, they did not space the plants well. The placed them entirely too close together. Thirdly we had purchased a very choicey whipping Japanese maple tree which has branches hitting the ground. They where very expensive. It is a short tree and cost $250. They gave one that was crooked. He did offer to put another one in but told me to buy another one.

They were very professional and the lawn looks great! We are waiting for it to cool down before planting new shrubs, but the project should be done by October.

From initial contact they were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They were bidding against four other companies and best met my vision for design and plants. Furthermore, the pricing was very fair - you get what you pay for! They actually do what they say they are going to do. The project from start to finish took a total of three days. Upon finishing the crew made sure they not only picked up any trash etc. but they pressure washed the driveway that got dirty from the project. Paragons team of guys showed up on time and were very kind and hard working. I am going to call them down the road to address my back yard and front yard areas that did not get addressed on this project. My budget could only go so far. My husband did not know about the peacetime until after I contracted it out and he could not be any happier with the design and end results as well! If you are looking to have landscape needs meet do not look further go to Paragon! If you don't you may regret it.

They did the work excellently. One thing that I wasn't satisfied with was correctly immediately. They do neat & very professional work. Great job Jason!

That worked out well, I didn't end up using his ideas but he did design a architect thing for me. I got the plans a week later. The guy was professional, nice and courteous. He was very prompt when he came over for me.

I was extreamly impressed with Jason from Paragon he was kind and professional listened to my needs and wants. He then worked on a design and proposal for me. Today Friday November 13, 2015 I contacted them to inform them they won my business. They will be doing approximately 2500 soft of sod, planting approximately 83 shrubs one tree and they will grading the lot. They also will be incorporating LED landscape lights into my yard with 8 brass hat fixtures and one spot light. I'm very excited with the presented plan and plants! Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

The results are amazing. The work is of high quality and it doesn't look like the same house. We were very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

.Love, love, love Paragon. We made contact with Paragon early in the year and worked with Jason. Jason came over, reviewed our sorry state of landscaping affairs and took a lot of notes. The following week we had a complete proposal that accounted for everything we asked for. Given we were looking to install new sod, Jason recommended we waited until the fall to do the actual work. We agreed. In early August we firmed up a September date. The crew showed up Monday morning and got to work. By Thursday, they were done. We only had one unexpected surprise - the palm tree we ordered turned out to be more of a palm shrub, which was disappointing as it was to be the focal point of the new landscape. No worries - we hit up the garden center, bought a 10 foot palm which was delivered the same day, and Jason had no problem having the crew install it for us. He even credited us the cost of the small one since we were disappointed in it, even though we kept it and just had it planted elsewhere. We're thrilled with how everything went. The crew was professional, timely and when they left we had a beautiful new landscape to enjoy. Hopefully we won't need landscaping work done again for a long time, but if we do, we'll definitely call Paragon.

Have used them for 3 years and they are always reliable and they always do a good job. My lawn looks great and I can't be happier with their work.

Would not use them again. Period..

Jason was extremely responsive and very professional from submitting the bid to completing the work. He introduced us to the crew that would be performing the work and he stayed in close contact with us throughout the process. We had a few kinks with the irrigation installation but Jason was quick to address the issues. Great customer service and exceptional professionalism.

They provided a plan and estimate on time and as expected. They installed everything earlier than promised and at the promised cost/time table for installation. They did a very professional job while on site. Working hard while here and they cleaned up each night.

Jason was one of three groups that we called to come out and review/bid the job. He was by far the most professional and had wonderful ideas about how to accomplish our job within budget. He also connected us directly with the contractor when we decided to expand the project slightly and add a storage room beneath our screen porch to tie in with the new patio. Both Jason and his contractor were extremely responsive. We had a few issues and punchlist items after the job was complete and the guys were back to handle it within a day or two of our notifying them of the deficiency. Jason even replaced several bushes that died over the winter. Really great customer service and a conscientious team!!

The difference in how the property looks is amazing. Went from "vacant lot" look to positive curb appeal. Crew of 8 or so with 3 trucks-so not cheap but also a one time expense for this property. Very pleased and would recommend them
