PARAGON LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

Description of Work: We hired Paragon to mow & maintain our yard & landscaping for a year. They generally do a good job although there were some communication and scheduling bumps when we first started. Since then, everything is running smoothly.

Description of Work: Once I called for a estimate they would not even come out. They said that it was too small of a job without looking and said they only would come out for 5000 or more. My job alone would have been more than 5000 but they still refused to come look.I also have neighbors that may have been interested also,they still thought they were above reproach.

Description of Work: Jason and his team are top notch. Our landscape project was large and we had drainage issues. They completely renovated out back yard and gave us a lovely out door pergola and kitchen/fireplace area, surrounded by great landscape and lighting. They we attentive to our needs and remained within our projected budget. |We will continue to use them.

Description of Work: They leveled and paved my patio. They worked around my complicated schedule, but left the area they worked on a little messy. The rainy weather might have had a little to do with that, but still they did an OK job.

Description of Work: Paragon landscaped our front yard. Old shrubs and other materials were removed from two large planting areas. New plants and a small tree were planted in the areas. Some of the plants died because of the really hot weather we experienced in July/August last summer. Those plants were removed and new ones were planted in August. (There is a guarantee for one year - if a plant dies, it is replaced by a new plant.) Jason was very easy to work with as well as the rest of the team. It was a very nice and satisfying project.

Description of Work: They drew up and priced a design for landscaping my very small yard. They were on time, listened carefully to my preferences, and came up with a great design. I haven't yet decided how to proceed with the work, but I feel confident that they will do a terrific job when I do.

Description of Work: I contacted them about a comprehensive landscape program . They responded within a day. Sent me a proposal and got started that same week. Very professional.

Description of Work: Just like other reviews..I called to get an estimate on a new lawn install. Immediately i got a pack peddle response on how they have minimums and how he wanted me to measure the yard and call him back, he'd then decide if job was too small. I hung up fast...the attitude and lack of customer service was unbelievable!.. Why they are on Angie's list is beyond me..save your time and call someone else...

Description of Work: We had been experiencing extreme soil erosion in our back yard for the last several years due to the rain. Paragon installed a dry-creek bed for us, connected the downspouts which led to a drain to move the water away from the property and installed two sets of stone steps which lead to to separate patios. They did an amazing job! They finished in one day instead of the initial 2 day estimate, the crew was polite and professional and made good on all of their promises! We will not use any other landscaping company except Paragon from now on!

While they may be higher priced than some other companies the quality of work and communication is top notch.
