Went very well overall and would highly recommend this company due to the quality of their work along with good communication between company and customer. We completely revamped our front yard with landscaping, pergola, patio/walkway and plantings. We couldn't be happier with the entire process of working with Jason and Paragon landscaping along with the results they produced. They were very responsive to our ideas and any concerns we had. The project was delayed several weeks but this was due to excessive amounts of rain during installation and not the fault of Paragon. Once the project started, it was promptly completed and we feel the results were excellent.

Went extremely well initially. Company rep was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He put together a fine plan that we liked that included some correction to a serious drainage problem that would have been a relatively small percentage of the overall job. No problems so far. However we decided to correct drainage problem first since it was pretty bad, and do plant installation later to try to avoid hottest part of summer and thus give plants better chance of making it (and thus protecting our investment), company owners weren't willing to do so. Even though we were willing to sign contract for entire job, they were unwilling to accomodate our needs, despite what they imply on their website. Very disappointing that this company would turn down a >$6000 job due to an alleged problem with "synergies of cost", or some such gobbledy-g*** they told us.

The process for determing what to build and the plants to place was all worked out in detailed estimates. We had a very tight budget so we went through several iterations with Jason. He was willing to work with us to get a finished product that would work within the budget. We made the seating wall smaller and the patio larger. The only item which we had hoped would have been a little easier was picking out the proper plants for what we needed. We had a newborn and were not able to visit a nursery to get some visual help. There was some confusion on one plant in particular, but after a talk with Jason he agreed to remove the plants and replace them with the ones we had in mind at no additional cost. The workers arrived as scheduled and worked very hard. The profesionalism of the workers was very refreshing. Each day they worked late into the day and cleaned up the yard of debris. My wife was home during the project and everyone was very nice and always checked to make sure she was happy with the final product. With children at home, it was very refreshing to know that my wife felt safe and that the workers were always nice to her. We are extremely happy with the finished product.

Jason came out to survey our back yard and suggested plants and trees to create focal points in our back yard. The team came out on-time and were quite efficient in getting their work done, and the result was beautiful! Jason's team were bright and cheerful and singing throughout their efforts to beautify our back yard. AOK!!!

From start to finish, the project went extremely well. Jason responded to all my questions promptly before, during, and after the installation. The crew was extremely polite and professional. The completely cleaned up the job site each day. The plants and trees were all top quality and the results were amazing!

Paragon was very professional. They were right on time and very helpful with their advice on a drainage issue. I also use them for regular lawn and garden maintenance. The yard's appearance has improved greatly just after two visits.

The company worked with us and coordinated with the pool company to finish the project. They worked with us over a 12 month period and was extremely accommodating because we were also renovating our house.

I am very satisfied with the companies work. I will continue to hire them in the future.

These guys are great! The project was completed on time and cost did not exceed estimates. We retained them to do our weekly lawn maintenance. Maintenance crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Everyone seems to take pride in their work - as we have one of the best looking yards in our neighborhood!

They are AWSOME! They worked with me to develop the plan, made modifications to fit my budget and were very honest with their opinion. One was using real stone over cultured stone. After we agreed to the plan, they brought samples by to look at and staked out the area so we could confirm the size. Based on this, we adjusted the size to make sure it fit my needs. The guys they had do the work were very professional, prompt and detailed oriented. They took there time to make sure everything fit perfct and kept us informed of their timing and next steps. If we saw something we didn't like, they changed it. This occured when I looked at the height of the grill island and top of the chiminey. I thought the grill island was too low so they raised it for me. When we didn't like the termination of the chiminey they added stone to make it look better. The crews doing the landscaping were just as nice and professional. I will continue to use them and have recommended them to many of my friends, family and neighbors.

I contacted several landscaping companies in regards to my landscaping to-do list. Jonathan at Paragon actually listened to my needs & provided several rounds of proposals to meet my needs. It was more difficult to go through this process with other companies I had contacted. Most wanted to provide one proposal with the "sign here" mentality. I asked for several different appointments prior to the work & Jonathan always took the time to take the meeting even given the great distance between my residence & his location. Once we agreed to the work it was scheduled & completed on time. The Paragon team removed all existing weeds/lawn & completely regraded & seeded my lawn. They also installed a complete irrigation system in the process. We discusse the different lawn options & then both agreed on what would be best. They also installed a small paver patio for me as well as a very unique custom hand-made birdbath they designed. Jonathan won my business due to his willingness to answer all of my questions. The workers kept the 2+ week project clean & orderly always cleaning up after themselves each day. I highly recommend this company.

I am an anal landscaper at heart, and they are excellent about letting me be involved and share my two cents every week! While my yard is a difficult one, they are great and are always good if I need something extra. I have not had an opportunity to use them for landscape design or installation, but I have had neighbors who have and the work was fantastic! I would definitely recommend.

They are very courteous. They show up when they say they are going to. They even come and do the work even if we are not home, so they are a very trustworthy company.

I am very satisfied with the maintenance contract offered by Paragon Landscape Management. The crew is very nice and always performs the work as scheduled. The company's owner, Jonathan Reed, responds promptly to any questions. I engaged Paragon in early spring 2008. I had always done all of my landscape maintenance myself but needed to find more time in my week. The contract with Paragon has been money well spent!

The landscape designer was very prompt and made it out to the property within a couple days from the initial conversation. They were able to start the project immediately and were done within a week. The designer really took into account what sort of plants and look we were going for. He was very knowledgeable of local plants, made a ton of suggestions and provided us with a couple of creative and beautiful plans. He always made himself available and to this day comes out to the property if we have questions or concerns. Overall very easy to work with. The crew that handled the work was very professional, efficient and nice. I asked a lot of questions and they made sure that I understood everything that was going on. They were always on time and worked tirelessly through rain or shine! They were very clean and tidied up after the end of each day. Paragon also handles our monthly maintenance. They are always on time, professional and very clean. The annual contract includes weekly lawn care, pruning, aerating, seeding, etc. One of the cool/fun things about Paragon is they have a guy that does amazing stonework. We saw one of their boulder birdbaths at the Home and Garden Show so they carved one for our yard. The guy spent a couple hours out there making sure that every view from every angle of it was perfect! The birds love it too! Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work. Our yard looks absolutely amazing! We will continue to use Paragon for our monthly maintenance and would absolutely use them again if we move to another home!
