Very nice guys to deal with. They contacted me several times to make sure that I knew when they were going to be there and they performed the work as expected - very reliable.

Great! Super nice technician who explained everything. Gave the chimney a thorough inspection, took pictures, was very knowledgeable in talking about options for repair/replacement of flue liner that was 30 years old. Rather than just going for the highest dollar repair option, he gave us some options, which I appreciated. Provided us with a quote for the recommended work on the spot, which was great. Super impressed and would highly recommend again!

on time, tidy, careful about my home and carpet. Inspected chimney then cleaned, then inspected again. Showed us the viewing and explained his work and what we were viewing on the camera. Cleaned and checked the damper & flue. Made recommendation about a chimney cap and followed up on that extra option, but was not at all pushy. Definitely call again.

Had our chimney inspected to ensure it was safe working condition. Was informed that there were numerous issues with our flue and we were given a very detailed report with pictures and a recommendation of the work to repair. Went through our insurance company and filed a claim based on a chimney fire caused by the previous owner. We had our entire flue replaced and all of the issues with the exterior of the fireplace repaired. They were extremely courteous, timely, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone as we will be using them on a yearly basis to inspect our fireplace from now on.

The techs were professional, focused, careful with their service. They took their shoes off at the door and were very careful. lifting not rolling, their shop vac to the fireplace. The cleanup was captured very efficiently. They provided ipad and photography to illustrate what was completed and made suggestions that would improve the life of my chimney (1978). They were "top shelf"!!

was for a property I am not living in ( I am the landlord). tenant said they were on time, professional, and did a good job. I did have to follow up with them to get the results sent to me when they said they would automatically send them to me, but once I called them, they were emailed to me that same day. would probably use again in the future.

They showed up on time. Very informative. Discussed options for what needed to be done or not done. I had questions which the company promptly followed up on with recommendations and price points. I have used this company a couple of times and think they are great. When the manager called me back about possibilities for our home, he was very thorough and knowledgeable and most important for me not pushy. I would highly recommend this company!

They were very nice and professional. Answered all of my questions and explained exactly what I needed to repair my chimney. It took them a few weeks to send the estimate. When I am ready to pay for the repair I will be contacting them to complete the work.

Took all of the old grout out with a grinder and chisel then completely grouted the steps. Did a good job of cleaning up

The provided never called me to schedule an appointment after I submitted my request through this website. I had to call them a week later to schedule. The service technicians arrived early during the appointment window (which I greatly appreciate). They were professional, courteous and answered my questions. They noted some issues, which they went over with me and explained how they would correct in a follow-up visit, once I received and agreed to, an estimate of the cost of the work. Unfortunately, they did leave a lot of black residue on my white hearth that I had to clean after they left. They should have used a drop cloth to place around the fireplace. I did receive an email with an estimate for the repairs about a week later. I am a bit surprised at the cost and will probably obtain additional estimates before making any decision on the repairs.

It went well. the person doing the service was efficient and professional. Important for a chimney sweep: he didn't leave a mess at all.

It is nice to have pleasant professional people show up to do work at our home. The contractor was also very helpful in answering all my questions. I didn't feel that someone was trying to oversell me on chimney repair needs, but just gave honest feedback on what I needed. I wish all experiences could go this well.

It went wonderful David was right on time and very professional. He came in with his equipment and explain what he would be doing. David is so great at his job you could not even tell he was there. I will be using him at my other properties. Whenever he checked the chimney on the roof he found that it was fine. He also saw that the spouts were jammed he cleaned them out so that water would not be standing in the gutters this gave me a heads up and I got it scheduled getting them cleaned. He did not have to do that he went above and beyond.

The service man got there when he said he would. He was meticulous about cleaning the chimney and the chimney cap. He was very thorough and professional. Just a wonderful guy. Very personable.

The gentleman arrived on time and was very professional. He swept the chimney, performed a very thorough inspection and showed me the area's he thought I should watch. Only reason I did not give an A to all categories was he was supposed to get back to me about changing a spring in the flu - it doesn't close. We never heard back.

Scheduling the appointment was fine. The fireplace gets the mantle above it very hot and we wanted to know what was wrong with it. The gentleman who came out examined everything and did a good job. He thought there were a couple of recommendations that could be done. He looked outside and it looked like moisture could get down to where it shouldn’t. He recommended putting a shield over it and possibly installing a fan that would go out into the room. He then said that he would have his boss look over his findings and he would get back to us. When I had not heard back from them, I called and they said we were second or third on the list and he would get back to us later that day. It took him a couple of more weeks to get back in touch with me. He said that the unit was too old to get a part for it and there was nothing left that he could do. I appreciated that he had told me that, but he could have told us that right away. I was disappointed that he was unable to refer us to someone else and had taken so long to get back with us.

Overall the service, while at my home, went well. I was fortunate to be able to receive service the day I contacted the company. My only complaint would be that I never received the follow up report/estimate or photos of the additional problems they saw during their work.
