After calling a few of the highlighted providers, this company was just so helpful and nice! They're sadly booked up for the next 3 months, but BUT they helped me figure out how I may be able to find someone (not them) to help me sooner. Just very much appreciated!!

They made time in their very busy schedule to come out and make sure we had gas logs in case our power went out. Did a super job repairing and cleaning our logs for a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

Excellent service by Technician Forrest. He was very complete in to finding out why fireplace did not work, took pictures, look inside and outside of the fireplace. He took his time as to finding out the cause. He was very professional, polite and gave me several options to pursue and left me some pamphlets. I would recommend him to anyone having problems with their fireplace.. vented or not.

For what ended up being a basic checkup and pilot cleaning service, it felt just a wee bit pricey, but the work was done quickly and professionally. Would use them again.

Owen’s Chimney was great to work with. They were very quick to come out for the estimate/quote and were very communicative leading up to the start of the project. The masons that actually performed the work were punctual, polite, and professional. One aspect that we particularly appreciated was that they explained each step as it was being performed and the reasons for it. They matched the brick and grout perfectly, including the joint detail. It was completed in the time they told us and the house was spotless when they left. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. A+ experience.

The service techs were courteous and prompt, calling when they were en route. The estimated time needed for the repair was spot on and they were immaculate in keeping the work area clean not only at the end of the day and job, but throughout the work day.

He cleaned the fireplace and showed me pictures of the chimney. There was some minor repairs he suggested be done and said he would follow up with a written estimate. It has been a week and I have still not seen an estimate.

We had two properties that work was preformed on the chimneys. Luke was our technician and was great, very polite and professional. Due to a late start they were unable to finish the same day but he was willing to finish the job on Saturday, family schedules didn't work out so he finished on Monday, then started our second property and finished in two days as promised.

They answered the phone, called me back and made sure everything was okay. I would use them again if I needed the service.

I believe I seriously overpaid for the work that was performed. They were very nice and showed up when they said they were going to. They quoted and charged me for a half a days labor but only worked for 2 hours. The chimney does look very nice. I really like them, I feel that they did a good job. But there was a disconnect there between us.

not well.... worker missed scheduled appointment. took a long time to get the part needed to repair. $1334 seemed excessive to me.

One of the best experiences I've had with a service company. They were professional, front office staff was very knowledgeable as was service technician. Laid drop cloth to ensure no soot lands on floor, covered shoes and took time as to not make a mess during cleaning. Very easy going, no hard sales pitches and service and quality done right. Will be using them again.

It was great. They came back after they had been paid 100% because I had some questions about some things and concerns and even though there was nothing wrong with it. He actually was back just to be sure everything was okay and they were very good. I would definitely recommend them. Their employees were very professional and really nice guys. They were all extremely friendly and easy going and just the fact to come back after they were paid to answer questions tells you a lot. Everybody that they sent to my house had several different teams and they came to do different things because our chimney was leaking really bad and water was coming in the house but each team was very professional and the guys were very respectful. The guys did it much faster that I would have thought they would have done. The price was worth it because the quality of the workmanship I would have to the say the money was definitely worth it. The quality was very good and the employees were all excellent. Each team had a team leader that were speaking to me about what they were doing. Their responsiveness was fairly well and they were very busy. They were here every time they said they would be.

They were good. I think the price was good. Their quality of service was fine. They were on time. They were clean and they were very prompt. The workers were very courteous. I believe this was our first time using them.

Great, they took pictures so they have a history of our chimney and after they swept, you couldn't tell they had been there. Very clean in their work.
