Description of Work: Owens provided a thorough inspection and cleaning of our fireplace. The technician took his time and answered all of our questions. | |He also cleaned our dryer vent that has a run of about 30 feet. In total, he spent a good three hours inspecting and cleaning our fireplace and vent.

Description of Work: They cleaned the prefab chimney. They were late. I believe due to over booked. Overall- Great team work. You didn't know that they had been in the house after the cleaning process was finished. Didn't have to worry about a mess at all. They got the job done in a timely matter. Great company.

Description of Work: Best company I have dealt with through Angie's List, hand's down. Contacted me a couple of hours after I purchased. Came out promptly, had to come out 2 more times (without any extra charge) before they could do the chimney sweep because we had a bird's nest in our chimney. They were professional, helpful, and wonderful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Description of Work: Since moving into my house I had been afraid to light the fireplace without an inspection. The technicians from Owens cleaned and inspected the complete system and made recommendations for work required to safely use the fireplace. I have since received two followup (and detailed) estimates to restore the flue and chimney. I was pleased with not only the technicians who came out, but also with the office staff whom I was in contact with. |My only suggestion would be to clarify the "Big Deal" process, to eliminate any confusion concerning the deal, that it's a partial discount toward the overall inspection price, and an additional payment is due.
