Description of Work: They came out and inspected the fireplace as they advertised. The actions that the very nice professional young man who came out recommended were not done. He said that his boss would get back to us in a couple of days about what could be done to fix the fireplace. It took two weeks and several phone calls to get a reply, and then that reply was "we can't do it." I appreciate the honesty, but would have liked a more timely response.

Description of Work: Inspected gas fireplace and flue to insure that everything was working properly and we had no fire hazard. Technician visually inspected the fireplace, took pictures of the flue, and went up on the roof to inspect the piping and cap. Cap was not on properly, so technician secured it. I was very satisfied with the work.
