Description of Work: We had a wood stove insert removed and chimney cleaned. They arrived within the arrival window and called while on the way. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and understood what we wanted. I also spoke with someone on the phone prior to scheduling and they were able to prepare us for possible issues. Good way to remove the sticker shock.

Description of Work: Owens did a chimney cleaning about a month ago on a home we recently purchased. They were prompt, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area very well. Upon further investigation they discovered much work needed to be done to make it operational. The cost was prohibitive, but the rep was able to separate some of the items so we could do them over time. The first job was power washing the outside of the chimney and putting a water proof sealant on the brick. The customer service rep who took the order over the phone was friendly and knowledgeable and the work was done quickly. Very pleased with all I have been in contact with at Owens.
