Description of Work: Very professional, did not mind me asking questions and watching the process while it was being performed. Prompt and thorough. Cleaned and inspected three chimney's, found all three to be damaged due to water infiltration and/or chimney fires. Flues cracked, pieces missing and much mortar loss. Watched as camera system went up the flues so I seen it first hand. Gave a full report with stills and recommendations to remedy the damage. Still contemplating the cost to repair at this time. Not using the fireplaces until repaired as recommended.

Description of Work: Replacement of the chimney cap and cover along with waterproofing the brick chimney. Leak is now gone. Backed up the work with a performance guarantee on the repair. Solid service and straight forward approach. Seemed a little expensive, but certainly got the job done.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for a chimney sweep. I was in the process of buying a home and wanted to get the chimney swept and evaluated for use since the home inspection doesn't include this. I was living in Chicago at the time and had my realtor coordinate the appointment since she would be the one to let them in. My realtor said they were pleasant to work with. I had asked for a comprehensive report with an estimate of how much it would cost to get the chimney suitable for wood fires. It took them a couple weeks to get this completed and sent. Not a big deal since I had a rough verbal estimate. Overall, a great company and I would use them again in the future.
