Good. We were notified of some issues we have and told we would get an estimate in 3-4 weeks on the work involved to repair these issues.

The technician was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.

They were prompt and arrived on time and did a good job with the sweep. However, we also asked for an estimate for some repairs which took some follow up on my part to obtain.

I purchased the big deal coupon. About a week later, I called for an appointment for the work to be done. Thencall was answered within 48 hours and an appointment that was convenient for me was made. The technician showed up when expected, did the work and wept everything very clean while he worked and cleaned up when he was finished. Recommendation for work that was need was given.

The service went well. The technician checked our fireplace which is about 20 years old and had never been used. Since we had never used the fireplace we wanted to have it checked before using it the first time. He checked the fireplace and answered our questions about operation. He gave us some tips on how to avoid drafts. He was extremely helpful. We would definitely use this company again.

i purchased the big deal for $99 for a chimney sweep. the receptionist was professional and friendly, but they were very busy, so i had to wait several weeks to get an appointment that worked within my schedule. they called the day before to confirm, and were right on time. the man came in, went to work, and did a very good job. he left no mess whatsoever. upon completion, he reviewed his findings with me and recommendations and offered to answer any questions. pretty simple and straight forward, but pleased with the ovearll experience and would definitely recommend this company for a chimney sweep but you may have to wait a bit for an appointment, but that wasn't a big deal for me.

Purchased an AL coupon online. Called to schedule appointment and they were able to schedule within a week. Serviceman came out, cleaned the chimney and was on his way. No mess. Have used this company before for major repairs and annual service. Always very professional and courteous.

The appointment was scheduled between 3:00 & 4:00 PM. The technician called to let me know that he could come earlier if I'm available. I told him that I would be home. He came around 2:45 PM and spent about 45 minutes. Alex, the technician was very nice, polite and quite professional. He explained that there was quite a bit of debris in the dryer vent and that I should have it cleaned once a year, which I will do from now on.

The technician came out on time and did a very good job of cleaning our chimney and explaining any potential areas for problems to arise in the future.

Very professional experience. The cleaning was scheduled over a month out, but I received a confirmation/reminder the prior afternoon to confirm the time. The technician was thorough and did an excellent job while not leaving a mess. (Which I have experienced with other chimney sweeps.)

We had an old plastic duct that was broken apart and the dryer air was not venting to the exterior of the house. Chris explained what was needed to be up to code and made recommendations to ensure proper venilation. After installation, he showed me photos of the new duct work. He was very professional and prompt and kept me informed during the process. From making an appointment to the final work was done, everyone was professional and customer service was as it should be (which is more than I can say of most companies). Will use again.

He cleaned the chimney flue, inspected inside and out. Went on the roof, removed he cap for further inspection. He explained everything he did and answered all of our questions.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for Owen's Chimney Systems because they did a lot of my chimney work a couple years back. And to stay within warranty I have to have a sweep/inspection at least every other year. So this was PERFECT! I called to make the appointment. It was scheduled within a reasonable time after my call. The technician arrived on time. Did his work. Gave me an update on how it went. And left my home in the same state in which he arrived. Absolutely no complaints on my service that day. They have always performed a good job in the past. I hope there is another deal offered in time for my next sweep/inspection.

Due to the season, we had to wait a few weeks for an appointment. Alex from Owen's Chimney Systems arrived right on time for our long-awaited appointment and went to work cleaning and inspecting our fireplace and flue. He even used a ladder to check the chimney from the roof. He was efficient, knowledgable, and thorough. He advised us that our chimney cap was rusting and suggested that we may want to replace it in the future. There was no pressure salesmanship whatsoever. When we replace the cap, we'll call on Owen's.
