The team showed up on time and was very professional. They went straight to work and took care to maintain the cleanliness of my home. Once they completed the work, they spent time explaining their work and the results.

The techs came and looked at everything, took pictures, climbed on the house. Did everything they could and looked at everything, they contacted the owner and discussed it with him. There was nothing they could do based on my wood stove and the chimney and how they all mix with each other. They could not have been nicer and the owner is going to follow up with a phone call as well to see if I have any other questions.

They climbed on the house, checked the wood stove, and took pictures.They were not able to take care of my problem but could not have been nicer. They were on the phone with the owner and discussed every option. They told us of problems that no one had ever told us before. If you ever need assistance, please call them.

Exactly as planned - no surprises. Crew was punctual, professional, and courteous.

We could hear a bird chirping in our fireplace, so called them. The first appointment was over a week away, which seemed like a long time to wait. When they did come for the appointment they were on time, did a good job and explained everything to me. We needed a chimney cap and he had one with him and installed it.

The service specialist that came to the house was cordial and professional. He had a great disposition and you could tell he loved what he was doing. It makes a difference when a person enjoys what they do. He was prompt and informed me on each step that he took. He even shared with me the habits of "Chimney Swift" birds that get inside the chimney and build nest. I could not have asked for a better experience. My appointment was late afternoon and it was pretty hot outside however that did not cause customer service or the level of professionalism to be compromised. Would definitely use this company again!!!!!y

It went very well! They were on time, friendly and got right to work. The technician gave me a detailed analysis of his findings and made suggestions for any issues that needed to be addressed. I would use Owens again in a heart beat.

Tech showed up on time when promised. cleaned and inspected two chimneys and fireplaces. Used a camera and took pictures of inside of the chimneys and fireplaces. While he was here I asked about a chimney cap because the chimney had none. He gave me a quote for the cap and said that he had several sizes with him. I had him install the stainless steel cap. The tech was very friendly and answered all the questions that I had with no problem. A few weeks later I received a quote to repair the problems that were found during the inspection with pictures to show why the repairs were needed. I was very satisfied with the company though I thought the quote was a little pricey. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were very punctual, neat and professional. It was inspected and cleaned in a reasonable amount if time and they even showed me photos of what they found and told me of possible options they had to repair the problems I had. Last, they worked up an estimate of what it would cost to fix everything and sent it to me a few days later.

This went very well. Very professional, showed up on time (with a reminder the day prior) and was very clean. The tech explained what he was going to do and provided us a summary of the cleaning job and concerns we should be aware of. He suggested that we make sure we are using fully seasoned wood to reduce some moisture/glazing build-up he saw, but explained that we should be ok if we make sure to do that and get the chimney cleaned regularly. We burn through 1.5 cords of wood a season so I considered this great advice. Will use them again.

I was very impressed with them! They were very prompt and very professional. They did everything very thorough. There was one technician here doing the work and scheduling was fine.

Provider came and cleaned and checked my chimney. He provided good insight in how I may upgrade my 50 year chimney.

The gentleman who came was knowledgeable, clean and professional. He did his work and walked me through what he had done and what the results were in person, and then they followed up with an itemized estimate to repair the chimney a few days later, as promised. Unfortunately, the repair cost is over $8k so we will not likely pursue it, but I was glad for the knowledgeable, professional service I received.

Scheduling was easy. They were punctual and efficient and he was very knowledgeable about the structure of the chimney. He identified a structural flaw in the chimney and we would recommend their service to others.

They arrived when they said they would, completed the service, answered all of my questions and left. Overall, the experience was exactly what I hoped it would be. My only complaint was that when I initially purchased the "big deal", I was expecting to be contacted by the service provider. Instead they sent me a message through Angie's List (which I admittedly almost never check) asking that I contact them to set up the appointment.
