Excellent !
Description of Work: Owens did a chimney sweep and inspection. Quick, clean, and professional. We had them add a chimney cap while they were here. But our chimney was not a standard size. So Owens had one made and installed it a few days later with no added charges.

Description of Work: Overall, Owens did a great job and we would use them again. While our service rep was friendly and polite, he used a lot of chimney-specific lingo which made us unclear on the problems and the options for solutions. We had to ask a lot of follow-up questions in order to get a sense of what to do by way of next steps. After he showed us the photos he took, we were on the same page and were able to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, the estimate for repairs we received from the office was much higher than he suggested during the service call ... so while we would use Owens again - we're not likely to tackle what they've proposed for several years.

PRICE WAS HIGH.
Description of Work: DID A LEVEL 2 CHIMNEY INSPECTION FOR $150, VERY THROUGH BUT THE COST TO REPAIR WAS $12,000 SO WE COULD NOT USE THEM.
