Very professional company. I thought the price was a little high, but then when is a water heater in our budget. They were competitive with other companies I called. So I think they are all a little high. My sister had a water heated replaced for about 750.00, but she live in Mich. In Charlotte area cost is between 1200-1600.

We had just come back from a vacation to find that our hot water heater was not working. I started by going to Home Depot but their installer wanted 3 times the cost of the water heater to install the new one! I went online to Home Advisor and asked for recommendations. Within 3 minutes of hitting enter I received a call from Chris, the owner. We setup an appointment for the next day. Matt showed up at the designated time, evaluated the install and proceeded to explain all the details. The price quoted was far less than the Home Depot price so I agreed to have him do it! 3 hrs later I had a new hot water heater professionally installed and producing hot water. Matt was extremely professional and courteous, answered all my questions and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend using Osborne Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I know I will.

Were very friendly and worked us in same day(sewage). Guy who came out knew exactly what to do but I wish he had taken off his boots or put booties on. Also left "stuff" that was taken out of pump laying on basement floor where I discovered it the following day when I followed the smell! Overall, great service, respectful tech and well I guess as far as $$ goes they are in line (or less) than most plumbers. Would use them again for sure!

Quick response, came next day. Failed to arrive on time. Did not complete job in amount of time estimated. Consequently, I had to leave before job was completed. Installation of the water filter and an instant hot water unit was not completed to my satisfaction. Plummer stated that it would cost more to have it installed to my satisfaction and that he could not resolve it now. He did not make an appointment to follow up and there has been no further attempt by them to follow up.

didnt follow through - fixed one toilet and ordered part for sink - thats two weeks ago and havn't heart from them

He was suppose to come on Tuesday between 8:30 and 9 Called at 9:15 said he was called back to another job. Told him to come Friday between 8:30 and 9 He called around 9:30 and said he was stuck in traffic and would be here shortly, Could not fix broken facet in shower. Told my husband we needed to get a new one and when we did to call him back and he would fix other problems then. My husband told him this was not acceptable and to fix the other problems. We had a leaky toilet and facets that needed replacing on well pump and in the garage. He had nothing on his truck he needed and had to go to Lowes to get them. Very disappointed in his service. He will not be called back.

I felt that the cost was a litte high with the size of my yard and six hours of work to do.

Chirs was very nice; due to size of my line could not do the camera locate that I wanted, but he found someone else who could do it for me. He did attempt to clear the drain line for me in the meantime. Very happy with work that was done and he cleaned up after himself.
