Kevin and Matt were awesome! Neat, friendly , knowledgeable and replaced the main house water valve in a timely manner.

I had never used Home Advisor before and was having a semi-emergency. Osborne Plumbing popped up first from my Home Advisor request. They were certainly nice enough and agreeable to coming out that day but couldn't give me an estimate over the phone. As such, I couldn't shop the service. Once they were at the house, of course I had them do the work but I thought they were very expensive. I wish I could've gotten bids from 2 or 3 companies before committing.

Chris was great! My only complaint of the entire experience was that I hadn't received a call regarding the delay in Chris's arrival. Once he arrived, he was very thorough and was communicating with me at every step. We will recommend Osborne in the future for plumbing needs!

We had a leak in the main line from the well pump to the house. The whole line plus some auxiliary pipes and the filter unit were replaced. Everyone I dealt with at Osborne Plumbing was very professional and answered my questions promptly. The work was done faster than expected, for which I was grateful. I would definitely call them again for other plumbing issues.

I had several plumbing issues that needed correction after a home inspection. All sinks and the hot water tubing needed repairs. These items were not done correctly by "do it yourselfers", and hot water heater due to new code. After perusing several plumbers online. I am from out of state and did not have anyone to recommend a plumber, so I did an online search. I decided to put my trust in Osbourne Plumbing in order to complete the corrections in a timely manner because of the great reviews they have received. Sometimes you have to spend the money and get it right, but it is well worth it in the end. I don't have to worry about it now. I regret not having a professional do my work to begin with. Matt was knowledgeable in everything, efficient, and personable. I highly recommend Osbourne to anyone needing plumbing installs/repairs.

After reaching out to another contactor with no response I contacted Osbourne and scheduled an appointment immediately. The shut off valve needed to be replaced and toiled needed to be reset. While it is understandable the some projects take longer than others, the office quickly notified me they were running behind and continue to keep me updated. An estimate was provided in writing and we proceeded with the project. Professional, courteous, and clean. Definitely would recommend to friends.

The technician came to repair a valve for the gas logs and stayed to install a new dishwasher and fixed the plumbing under the sink and garbage disposal.

Guys did a great job for a very reasonable price. They knew we had an infant in the house so they were very considerate when it came to not disturbing her.

We needed immediate help, and as soon as I contacted Home Advisor, Chris of Osborne called, arranged for Matt to head our way, and offered a cost estimate which was right in line with our own. Matt arrived quickly, explained what he thought was the problem, solved the issue, and saved our day. He did an excellent job, offered suggestions for the future, and also responded to a non-emergency need we had. We were impressed!!!
