Description of Work: Got a great new GasPak heating/air system and had all new duck work and added some new vents for better air flow. It is remarkable. Love it. Love working with this company Nick has great employees and he makes certain you are satisfied. Received two other estimates, one lower and one higher and glad that I stayed with Nick who has been servicing my HVAC for years. He has the highest rating of inspections from the city on the first time they come out to inspect new HVAC systems. This is public information.

Description of Work: Nick and Co was prompt and professional. I thought they gave a fair estimate and replaced only the broken piece saving me $400 over an estimate from another company. COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY AND TRUTHFULNESS.
Description of Work: A/C STOPPED WORKING. GOT A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE VS COMPUTER WHEN I CALLED. DEE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. NICK ARRIVED SOONER THAN EXPECTED FOUND THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED PLUS CHECKING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM STOPPED AGAIN ABOUT 7 PM. I CALLED THE OFFICE # AND GOT DEE AGAIN. NICK ARRIVED ABOUT 8:30, FOUND A BAD BREAKER. NOT HAVING THE SAME SIZE ON HIS TRUCK HE REPLACED IT WITH ONE 5 AMPS SMALLER SAYING IT WOULD BE FINE BUT HE WOULD COME BACK LATER IN THE WEEK TO PUT IN THE ORIGINAL SIZE. HE DIDNT CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE JUST THE COST AND INSTALTION OF THE BREAKER. THE TRUE TEST OF THIS COMPANY WAS WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR BY ASKING THE QUESTION 'DO I NEED TO THINK ABOUT GETTING A NEW UNIT SOON?' NICK SAID THAT GIVEN THE CONDITION OF MY UNIT THAT IT SHOULD LAST A GOOD WHILE LONGER BUT ALSO IT COULD GO OUT ANYTIME. NICK & CO IS SMALL AND CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS AND REPUTATION. THIS COMPANY GAVE THE BEST SERVICE OF ANY I HAVE USED IN CHARLOTTE FOR ANY REASON.
