Technician was professional and courteous. He used booties over his shoes to protect the floors. Took about about an hour to inspect the systems. Answered all my questions.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast installing our new system, so we weren't without AC for too long; I found they were very thoughtful regarding our comfort, in this matter. Every step of the process was explained to us, including how the system works, how to get more efficiency from different equipment, what kind of units we need for the size of our house, down to how the thermostat works. Which is important, because it is something you don't normally think about, yet need to know what your money is going to. Not only is our new system extremely efficient, it is also very comfortable. We are quite happy with our new hv/ac.

They are very responsive. They are reasonable prices and very qualified.

I have always been very pleased with their work. Since they were no longer an American Standard dealer there was a delay of about a week in getting the warranty work done. It was actually American Standard that had caused the delay, and I don?t fault Nascair for this.

Just had them perform the fall maintenance and would still highly recommend them to anyone that needs a recommendation. They are 100% professional and you never need to worry about price or quality of service.

I thought they were great also. They told us about all of the different types of furnaces. We told them that we have cats and we also have allergies. They told us what kind of filter we should get. Once we decided to go with this model, they told us they had one brand new in an open box that could save us five hundred bucks. We took the open box unit. That was very nice and very good.

FANTASTIC! They came out to give me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I asked if they could do the job the same day. They said yes and had their guys there within a couple of hours.

Called at 8:30 am. Repair man to come out between 10:00 and 12:00. By 11:00 he had found the bad part, replaced it and my house was cooling off. Wonderful and professional.

My experience with them was great. They were very professional. Everything about it was great. He wore shoe covers when he came in my house. I would recommend them and use them again.

They basically wanted to sale me a system and didn't want to touch what I had because he was afraid that he would brake it. He gave me some estimates of what could be done. It was an overall good experience.

They always show up on time to do the work. The cost is very good. They are very courteous when they are working. They cleaned up everything when they are done working.

I've been on vacation and have a care giver taking care of my 86 year old mother that's in a hospital bed. She called me on Saturday night to tell me that my upstairs air was not cooling. I called Nascair Sunday morning and left a message about my situation. I never did talk directly to them but David came to my home and serviced my unit. Now how many companies would do this? They are like family to me and always coming to my rescue when I need their help. You just can't find any better, more honest and professional.

It went really well. They were courteous. He spoke with us and gave us several options to go with. They were friendly, respectful and very customer friendly.

David (one of the owners) and Stewart came out. They were friendly, prompt and extremely professional. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything from them. They went into my (very hot) attic to look at the ductwork and air handler and went outside to inspect the unit. The long and short of it was that they told me there was nothing wrong with my system except that it was leaking air in some places in the attic and that I needed new insulation (which I was already planning). They spent a couple of hours there for NO CHARGE. They did get back to me with an estimate on things that they could do to improve the system's efficiency, but when I explained that I had to use my funds for more pressing priorities, they told me what I could do to improve the system's efficiency. This is one of the most professional and ethical companies I have ever done business with. It took a little while for them to get back to me with the estimate, but they told me it would since they had customers who had no air, in the middle of this very hot summer. I was completely satisfied with them and will definitely use them again.

Everything went well. I found them on Angie s List because I was looking for a company other than some of the "larger" companies in Charlotte to get a feel for what else was out there. They were very nice and the technician, Bruce, was nice enough to explain what he was doing and make some suggestions on how to use our system more efficiently. Also, he was running a few minutes late and made sure to call and let me know. That doesn't happen very often!

Very satisfied with results. Furnace working fine. I plan to have Nascair service my a/c and furnace units on a regular basis in the future.

I was pleased with the prompt, professional service and appreciated the detailed notes he made as far as the system condition, it was great to have that to provide to the buyers. Would definitely recommend this company.

We left a voicemail for Nascair after hours one evening and received a prompt call back at 8:00 sharp the next morning. The scheduler was polite, efficient and very personable. They went out of their way to work us into their schedule. David arrived promptly and was extremely nice and professional. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he tested, where the leak was and what he recommended as a short term and then provided a long term estimate. Excellent work - will definitely use them again and will recommend highly to others.

Our A/C stopped working. We left a message at night and they called first thing in the morning. We got a 2 hour window that morning. They called about 15 minutes prior to the 2 hour window to let us know they were done with the previous job and, if it was OK, they would be here soon. They were right on time, courteous, professional, pleasant, and effective. Our A/C was back on in about 30 minutes. They followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK.

Can't be any better. Dave is very knowledgeable. He showed me how to drain the air conditioner once in a while. He checked both air conditioning units, added freon, and installed a thermostat. He even left me with two plastic sticks for draining purposes. I know the plastic stick does not cost a lot of money, but it's his thoughtfulness and his customer care impressed me. He is not cheap, but he is honest. I will use him again for sure.

Dave Drew came out to fix one non-working A/C unit. Realized quickly that I had two non-working units for different reasons. I had clipped a wire on the unit I called about when I cut my plants around it, didn't charge me a $65 diagnostic fee only $15 for the wire repair! On the other unit it was low on Freon.... completely. As quoted I ended up with 6 lbs of Freon or $120 out of the bill, $10 trip fee, $65 Diagnostic fee. I have found that one of the hidden charges to low priced service call HVAC companies that are out there was they jacked up the price on Freon (and other parts) which you often need or at least they tell you that you need it. So they make up the low price there and on parts. Not with Nascair freon was only $20 per pound. Very fair. Dave is one of the two partners and my perspective is that he is not trying to get rich off one visit, he just wants to grow his business honestly by treating people the way he would want to be treated. My words not his!
