Went exactly as expected.

We had our furnace go out in the middle of the night previously and I called and explained my situation to the scheduler who said they would send someone out at 1:30. The men showed up at 12:30 and worked on it for 2 hours, but couldn't figure out what was wrong. They called Dave and he worked on the furnace for about 2 hours and finally got it working. He said he got it up to code, but that it would need serious work done. Dave said that if we choose them to do the installation he would credit us for the parts he installed today. We decided to go with them and selected a furnace and an air conditioner based on its 14 sear rating. Dave had found that the furnace and air handler that we chose wouldn't get the 14 sear rating out of it. Dave suggested I get the less expensive one that would work better with what I've chosen and it would be $400 less. Dave could have installed the more expense one and never told us, but he didn't because he is honest.

Both David and Jay were great to work with. They both were extremely versed in the HVAC world as well as eager to please. David seemed to know the answer to every question I asked. On the day of the install the entire work area was covered in plastic and there was no evidence of the work when they left. I was very pleased and look forward to working with them on future projects.

David and coworker were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend NASCAIR.

These guys are excellent. I would highly recommend them. They are just top-notch. I have dealt with a lot of service providers and these guys are at the top.

Got quotes from six companies. Some tried high pressure tactics, others showed up 30 - 60 minutes late. Dave at Nascair provided excellent service, professionalism and pricing. He made sure that both my wife and I were fully informed and fully included her in the process. Before joining Angie's list, I was frequently referring him to many people.

DAVID DREW AND NASCAIR WERE A JOY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE PROMPT, EAGER, INFORMATIVE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, EXTREMELY HONEST. AFTER WE HAD SETTLED OUR BILL, DAVID APPARENTLY REVISITED HIS CHARGES AND REFUNDED US $150 (UNPROMPTED) BECAUSE HE FOUND A CHARGE THAT WE HAD NOT PREVIOUSLY AGREED TO (THOUGH WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT IT UNTIL AFTER HE REFUNDED THE MONEY). WE LATER HAD OUR DUCTS CLEANED, AND THE CLEANING COMPANY COMMENTED AT HOW WELL THE SYSTEM HAD BEEN INSTALLED. I CAN TELL THAT DAVID AND THE REST OF NASCAIR ARE PROUD OF THEIR WORK, AND THEY HAVE GOOD REASON TO BE.
