+ -1 moreKevin made a slight mistake in measuring the size of the dock. It was to our advantage, Kevin took full responsibility and made it clear that we were not responsible for the extra costs. The dock was still completed in a timely manner. Kevin added an "underwater truss brace" to cut down on the rocking motion on the dock, this has been great. We have not experienced a lot of boat traffic yet, but we can already tell the difference this brace has on the stability of the dock.
Description of Work: We replaced our existing floating dock. The wood on the dock and the floats were in bad shape. Kevin was great to work with even when I called several times with changes to our plan.

+ -1 moreI WOULD RATE HIM ABOVE AVERAGE. IT WAS A SMALL FATHER-SON OPERATION.
Description of Work: BUILD CUSTOM DOCKS. I HAD THEM BUILD MY DOCK AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND WERE DONE ON SCHEDULE. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND CONTROL COST WHEREVER POSSIBLE AND EVEN BUILD UP IN PHASES TO SPREAD OUT THE COST. HE ALSO DOES SEA WALLS AND RIP-RAP, BUT I HAVE NOT DONE THAT YET.
