Service 7 days a week with no extra charge for evenings or weekends. Our office is open and fully staffed 6 a.m. to midnight every day of the week. Seriously - call in on a Friday night, say at 11 p.m. and you will talk to a real Morris-Jenkins employee, not a call center who doesn't really know our company, our employees or how everything works! We also provide 24 hour emergency service if you have a problem in the middle of the night. 704-424-9959 We stand behind our work and all repairs are guaranteed for a full 2 years (refrigerant and condensate leaks not included). We tell you the price up front, before we begin the work, and we stick to it. We charge by the job, not the hour, so you pay the same no matter how long it takes us to do the work.

Description of Work: A/C UNIT WAS FREEZING UP FORCING US TO TURN OFF OUR AIR. THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE ORDER LOGGED IN THE SERVICE REQUEST AS MAINTENANCE V EMERGENCY. THE GUY DID COME OUT ONCE IT WAS POINTED OUT TO THEM THEIR MISTAKE. HE CAME AT 9:30PM. HE TRIED TO SELL US A SERVICE AGREEMENT - ALL WE WANTED WAS OUR A/C TO WORK. WE DID HAVE FUNCTIONING A/C THAT NIGHT - BUT HE DID NO REPAIR, IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF THAWING THE UNIT (WHICH WAS DONE BEFORE HE CAME) - HE SAID HE'D HAVE TO COME BACK TO DETERMINE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.
