Description of Work: I was very pleased with the service provided by this company, Morris Jenkins. I purchased two big deals on Angies List in order to get an A/C tuneup for both the upstairs & downstairs units. The technician was prompt, courteous & very knowledgeable. He made recommendations for some issues with the older of our two units, and also pointed out something that was lacking in our newly installed AC system, and gave me a price to remedy that problem as well. | |We have had routine maintenance on both systems every 6 months for about 15 years, but I was more impressed with this company than our previous one, especially since the technician noticed something amiss with our new unit in the attic which could ultimately cause an overflow & damage to celings/floors. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: The repairman checked our central unit to determine if it needed to be repaired/replaced. I was given an initial quote for the repair work and with each subsequent visit the cost to repair the unit increased. Finally, I was told I should simply replace the entire unit which would cost $8000. Needless to say, I was shocked and annoyed with my experience with this company and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Were very professional, polite and explained what they were going to do before doing it. Came out to do checkup and cost me additional money to replace started on my air conditioner. I would definitely use them again. Felt they were costly and were like other air conditioning/heating services; they always find something wrong to make additional money. The difference was I felt they knew what they were doing and they were pleasant doing it.

Description of Work: They provided a quote for a new system. They gave us tons of details on the work they would do as well as talked us through available options. Our sales associate called in for a service rep to come out that same afternoon and provide a free 2nd opinion. They ended up topping off our freon and told us they felt that would keep the system going through this summer. They are the only company of 3 that didn't push for the new system. Our unit is now pumping out freezing cold air and I've been able to defer a several thousand investment.
