They are pretty good. I have an annual contract with them. They come out every six months or something like that.

They are always meticulous and thorough. If you have a problem after their semiannual inspection, you are first on their list for repairs.

I use them all the time. In fact, I have a plan with them where they come out twice a year to check things and in the summer tune it up. I really like them. They are very knowledgeable, very efficient, always on time, they make recommendations if there is something they think is needed, and they don't pressure you. With this plan, they call me a priority customer.

They replaced the heating and the air conditioning. I would probably not use this company again.

They come out every six months. They usually check and repair in the Spring and the Fall every year. Normally they do it in April and October. Whenever they get around to it, they come out and check the unit. In the Fall they check the heating unit; in the Spring they check the air conditioning unit. They seem to always be trying to sell you something. I get the feeling that that's how they make their money, is making sure their salesman always has something for you to buy. I think they're high priced. The reason we would probably not go back to them again is because of probably cost; we think they're high priced, is probably the biggest thing.

I think their price is too high. The technician is nice.

They told me I needed a new furnace. They have been at my house four times in two years and now all of a sudden I need a new furnace? I thought that was the reason I was paying for an annual service for check up's so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. I will likely change my service very soon. Even if I do need it, where were they the past four times? Since they came out and injected the coolant into my air conditioning unit, the hardwood floors started to buckle and the paint on the baseboard next to the register started to peel. They basically tried to say I had moisture from somewhere and that it wasn't their fault. They are responsive and punctual. I can't really give an objective opinion, other than my experience. My experience is that they came out, serviced it, never told me anything was wrong, and now all of a sudden they want to sell me a $10,000 furnace.

We have a monthly arrangement that we pay. It's just pricey. That's the only complaint I would have. Everything else is fine.

The previous homeowners used them to install the system and we continued to use them.

We get a monthly bill from them under a contract for about $12 a month.

Diagnosed same day as I called. Installed completely the following day with 100% clean up.

Just one person comes out to complete the service, it takes probably an hour for the work to be completed. The workers are good. They go upstairs into the attic for the furnace and outside for the air conditioning. They're just always totally dependable.

They are not the cheapest around, but they are good. They were excellent. They left the area clean. They are extremely well known in the area, and they are dependable. Our experience was satisfactory.

They have been under contract with me for about 5 years. I can not say anything bad about them. I call them, and they are here. They are just fantastic. There was no cost for the last service because I am under contract. The quality is always excellent. Punctuality is always top notch. Professionalism is always A. I am getting ready to move and I will definitely put them under contract in my new house.

They're great! I was very impressed with them. I called them on a Sunday, and they were there. I thought I was going to pay through the nose because it was on a Sunday. They charged the same thing on the weekends and they're available 24/7 just about. You can get a priority membership and they give you a faster service. For example, if they come out to work on your furnace, and you have filters and stuff they'll change your filters for you, and they'll put the batteries in the smoke detectors for you. Anything that involve getting off the ground, they'll take care of it. They are a little bit more expensive, but they give you so much more service. They're very professional. They'll call you before they get there, they don't keep you waiting.

Turns out I was sold a defective system (Comfort Marker). Also found out that if you don't pay Morris-Jenkins $400 a year I wasn't covered. They never even offered me a service plan. It's no fun to find this information out on a cold morning when I have no heat.

They did service my air conditioner which was fine. They did a good job on that but then they told me that I needed a whole new air conditioning system because my A/C system was cracked. Another company came out and said that it wasn't cracked. My system is working a whole lot better before they serviced it but at the same time, they tried to sell me a whole new system which I didn't need. Other than that, it was great customer service.

It was wonderful because I didn't know anything. Well, there was no problem. I didn't have to pay anything, but I pay monthly for their service. I pay $33 a month to have two inspections in a year. It's an A on price because I don't know how much parts cost and I didn't need any part this last time. They're very professional and I like that. They're willing to answer all my questions.

They're a local provider in Charlotte. I guess I've been with them for about three years now. Because I'm an Advantage customer, I pay by the month and because of that, anytime I have an emergency, they'll come out any time, weekends or at night up until midnight. I've been pleased with them. It's not their fault, but I'm not as pleased with my system that my builder put in, so I've had to have some maintenance, parts and labor done.

Fair. Techs are very polite and punctual, but see above.

Top-notch. I guess they do a good job of explaining what the issue is or what it could be in a way that I understand so that I don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of.

The cost is included in the monthly fee that I pay.

Morris-Jenkins are a very good firm here in Charlotte. I have an agreement with them. It is $49 a month that I pay. There was no fee for the last time although they did find some repairs things that they had to do. That was $300 for the repairs. They were professional and they were prompt. They will set you a definite appointment and they keep to that. They do a good job of taking care of furnaces and my air conditioning. I think their pricing is high when they do repairs.

They are the best of the big chains. They are fair, reasonable and do not make you do a lot of things that you do not necessarily need.

I've had them for fourteen years. They came in installed it, they were here when they said they gonna be here, did it cleaned up everything.
