Service 7 days a week with no extra charge for evenings or weekends. Our office is open and fully staffed 6 a.m. to midnight every day of the week. Seriously - call in on a Friday night, say at 11 p.m. and you will talk to a real Morris-Jenkins employee, not a call center who doesn't really know our company, our employees or how everything works! We also provide 24 hour emergency service if you have a problem in the middle of the night. 704-424-9959 We stand behind our work and all repairs are guaranteed for a full 2 years (refrigerant and condensate leaks not included). We tell you the price up front, before we begin the work, and we stick to it. We charge by the job, not the hour, so you pay the same no matter how long it takes us to do the work.

Description of Work: We had a service contract with them on out HVAC system. The contract made it simple to get service but found the repair costs were too expensive compared with other competent companies. And, the repairmen always found lots of things wrong on each checkup and when we got a second opinion, they weren't broken.

Description of Work: My wife has been paying for Morris Jenkins' Priority Advantage service for years. This service charges a monthly fee and includes annual heating and cooling system checks and is supposed to give you priority over non advantage customers when you have a problem. Recently, we replaced the downstairs unit which was not performing well. We used a different provider than Morris Jenkins due to pricing and when the coil was removed from under the house, it was found to be filthy. It was clogged with dust, hair and mold that had been accumulating for years. Part of the annual service includes cleaning the coils which they were obviously not doing though they were taking our monthly fee.
