Checked the key components of my furnace.

The service turned out fine. They were on time, I had no problem with that and I was quite happy with the service. They followed through when they said they be there.

My technician Beau, showed up right on time for the tune-up I had purchased on Angie's List. He spent nearly three hours at my house trying to get my furnace working. Once he diagnosed the problem, he was able to work around the malfunctioning part to that I had heat, but didn't have to pay any extra. Beau came back a week later, at my request, to install the replacement part. |The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been for my kids to get to meet "Bobby!"

They sent someone out, the guy spent less than 30 minutes, he left and said he will send me a quote, but he never did. I was not impressed. It is for my air conditioning. He pumps through him. It has been over 2 months ago. I have already selected someone else. He never did give me a price.

The rate includes visits whenever I need them in the event that something happens between regular maintenance. Their service is excellent and well worth the price!

Rob was great. Professional, polite, able to communicate issues so that we could understand thr technology. We will ask for him if we ever need service and when we schedule our spring service.

Morris Jenkins did routine annual maintenance on our heating system. We have used this company for many years and have generally been very satisfied.

It went very well. The technician came on time and the service was great. He did a good job. He explained what needed to be done. He offered me additional services if I would like to purchase a maintenance. I'm very, very pleased with the services that I received from them.

I signed the contract and that afternoon they came to install the unit. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround on the installation. They went over how everything was going to work and installed some new CO detectors. Scheduled the inspection while the installation crew was there to come out a few days later, when the inspector was coming out they gave me a call to let me know.

Very professional and thorough. Identified some issues with our aging furnaces, which were not a surprise considering how old they are. Did not try to sell me anything. While the units are still usable, the serviceman did not recommend spending any more money on them, but rather looking at replacement, which is something we already knew we needed to consider, and this checkup served as the confirmation.

They are very responsive and professional. They have great customer service.

It went awesome. They were so nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. They were just very respectful and courteous which I liked.

Took 5 hours. Technician switched off master switch which cut power to my pilot light. He did not switch it back on before he left. Thus, my hot water temperature kept getting cooler over the next several hours. At the time I had no idea what was happening. When I contacted MJ to report the problem, I was basically laughed at and told there was nothing their technician could have done to cause my problem. I got my HOA's maintenance guy to check it out, and that's when he discovered the main switch had been turned off. No one could have done it except for MJ tech. I live alone, and this switch is up in my attic, where the MJ tech performed all his work. Only way to get up in my attic is to prop a ladder in the opening. I can't even get up there because I don't own a ladder. So, MJ tech was only one who could have messed with the master switch. I called MJ back to report this finding and was transferred to a supervisor. I had to leave a message, and I also said I felt I deserved a partial refund because of the trouble. I had to take additional time off work to deal with this problem MJ created. Needless to say, I did not receive a return call from the supervisor. After several days, I filed a complaint with the BBB, and I left an additional message with the MJ supervisor, informing him of this. Within 5 minutes, this supervisor was calling my phone and sending emails to discuss the situation without involving the BBB. I let my complaint stand because I had absolutely no trust in MJ, and the BBB was able to get me a $400 refund. MJ continued to deny that their technician had anything to do with turning my master switch off. Very untrustworthy and shady behavior.

On time, professional, efficient, and gave me a full update on findings.

They were excellent. We've been totally pleased.

Tech option was the most through I have ever had to complete Pre-winter service on my dual fuel system. This inspection turned up a potential problem problem with an induction motor. Explained the repair to m and explained why the part was so expensive. The repair was made within the hour and the system is ready for winter! I was extremely pleased with the entire service! Yes you can find cheaper service...but you get what you pay for!

They were on time and very efficient and were able to diagnose another problem we had. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I was nervous on the technician coming up and finding something wrong just to get more money. But that was not the case. The technician was polite, on time, and did a thorough inspection of my entire A/C unit, both inside and out. He informed me there were no issues to address other than the routine maintenance. It was refreshing to see a company that doesn't just try to get in the door to get some money, but do an honest, thorough job.

It went fine. The repairman was punctual and explained everything he was doing. The only problem I had was they had to be called out here two times and it seems like the first service call should have found the problem without me having to pay for a second service call.

H ceme the same day I called. Examined the outside unit and found a dead bug in the eleccrical system! It was removed. Problem solved.

They did a good job. They got here on time and their suggestions for what needed to be done made sense. I was happy with the people who did the wok and with the end product.

I thought they did an excellent job, they had one person come out, and he wasn't sure of himself, so they ended up sending someone additional to make sure everything was put in correctly, and so I was very happy with what they did.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and they were fabulous. We've enjoyed Morris-Jenkins. They are always kind, courteous and prompt. We had just moved into this house and wanted to have the air condition checked so the timing was perfect. They are a reputable company so we were pleased to sign the deal. There were no additional charges, it was just an inspection.
