We have been extremely pleased with them. They take a lot of time to explain things with us and they are very courteous. We have a maintenance plan where they come out twice a year. They are very professional and we will continue to use them.

They offered a service contract with the $24K purchase 6 months ago, I scheduled the maintenance service with them. Within 5 minutes of inviting these folks into my house at 8 am they high pressure pitched me twice for additional sales. This was less than 6 months after the the installation of $24k worth of their work. In my opinion it was manipulative and invasive. In my opinion the service call was a sham to send in a sales team to squeeze more money out of us. One would expect that after spending $24K on equipment there would not be high pressure sales during a service call.

I like them. I highly recommend them. I think (it costs) $30 a month.

I would use them again. They were fair, and honest.

Technician arrived in a timely manner. I showed him where the leak was and was told that my diagnostics charge would increase from $49 to $130 because he had to cut 6"x6" square into drywall. This rubbed me the wrong way as it was minimal time to diagnose issue. Was quote a repair cost of $375 to "get me going today". Since the house is 10 years old and I have had numerous issues with Pex piping products, I asked the technician to replace the entire 10 foot section in the wall (NOTE: I had hired MJ about a year ago for a plumbing repair; they replaced a 2 foot section of pipe and 3 days later I had another lead less than 12 inches from the repaired section). I reiterated to the technician, that I would like to have the entire 10 foot section replaced and was told, a separate crew could come tomorrow at a cost of $1000 to do the repair. Given the cost, I declined and had the tech replace only a smaller section of pipe. Be warned, MJ is not transparent with their pricing and will exploit you at every opportunity. Their techs work on a commission basis. Enough said.

I had them on a monthly service plan. It was $19 a month, seems like to come out as needed.

Employee very friendly and work was good. Price was way out of bounds. Costs over $600 for a toilet install and replace a broken flange. Toilet was already purchased by owner and the flange, about $15 dollars when purchased by itself. Had to get it done, had no other choice at the time. They are very expensive and I won't recommend or use them again. Spoke with a supervisor about costs and he told me it was because it took a professional to get the broken piece of flange from the toilet drain. That was total BS.

$641 is awfully high for just 1.8 lbs. of freon! What a rip off, but I was in a bind on a hot day!! The service guy impressed me as someone who is very good at ripping off his customers with a nice country smile. Don't call them unless you are really desperate and you have a lot of money to burn.

Not well. When told my bill would be $612.00 for this I was floored. The toilet I purchased. Just to install toilet was $210.00 and a flange doesn'tcost that much. So to install the flange it was over $400. I was ripped off and will not recommend or use this company again. Spoke to a supervisor but got nowhere with him.

Morris-Jenkins techs are always very punctual and professional. However, Morris-Jenkins is arguably the most expensive heating/air company in Charlotte.

The technician was incredibly rude and tried to accuse me of doing something to my unit. He was very unprofessional. I have talked to the company about it but I just wont use them again.

I actually have a contract with them for returning purposes.

We pay it once a month. I just feel comfortable working with them. They clean up after themselves. They communicate well.

They're the best. You can put A's through the list because I don't deal with nobody else. I've used them for probably 25 years or so. They've been in business for a good little while. Usually when they come by, I keep them from doing their work because we chit-chat. It's like I know every one of them. They're good.

They are very professional, very nice and very informative. They are there to answer any questions and they atually have me do surveys for them every time they come out. They are kind of expensive. They are pricey. I get charged on a monthly basis. I have a 4-ton unit, because I have a 2-story house, and so instead of doing separate units I have one extra large unit. I would consider renewing, but I don't think it is an end of the contract kind of thing, I just constantly pay until I don't want service anymore. They come twice a year for maintenance checks. I don't think there is a stopping point unless I just called and say I no longer want your services and then we work out whether they owe me a credit or if I owe them. You can buy the services separately, if I wanted to individually buy their service to come twice a year and pay on that day the prices would be more expensive.

Its an annual contract. I think it was the quality of the service provided, and as well as the staff. A year ago I had a new HVAC system install in my house. When the inspector came to inspect it, and he found out it was Morris Jenkins, he said he never has any problems with these people.

The service manager came out to the house on the day of installation and introduced us to the people who would be installing our unit. The installers were very professional, and did a fantastic job. Later the service manager came out to inspect the work. They even sent an electrician who upgraded our electric box to code (at no additional charge) which we were told by another company was going to cost an additional $200.00. We are very pleased with the whole process and were extremely happy with the entire process. Later, when we got our first electric bill, it had gone down substantially.

They are professional, they are courteous, they are thoughtful, they do the job when they say they are going to do it on time. They give you all of the information before you are even starting. Everything was professional all the way through. They do an excellent job. The price was what was expected. I would definitely use them again.

The only complaint is he did not tell us about the filter we needed but otherwise he went over he information for heater and AC., but i did not ask that question either.

I have been with then for 10 years. They come out every 6 months to service my 2 units (2 AC and 2 furnace). They are friendly, reliable, and professional. I am very picky, and will not just let anyone in my house. I requested to have the same person come out each time, so they know me + my house. I can built rapport/trust way. I pay around $300 a year. They will take good care of you if you are a regular customer (Scheduling). I would recommend them.
