I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services worked out fine. What happened was I had issues with my unit and I have got insurance on that so they ended up not really providing the service but they were able to identify what the issue was so that I could get in contact with my insurance company to get it worked on. I had to have my one HVAC unit replaced. They actually said that I could call them back and they would come back out and actually perform the service, but I am not going to do that as I just do not think that is fair. My interaction with them was excellent. They did not charge me anything extra other than the big deal purchase. They were very responsive.

We purchased both the Furnace Tune-UP and the A/C System Check-UP at $49 each. Payment was made on line through Angie's List and times requested. Through a misunderstanding on my part, the times were too early in the process to be valid. As promised, a call back to schedule the visit was received within the 48 hour window. A 3-hour window for the work was provided and I was told I would get 30 minutes notice from the tech. Mike called within the window and arrived as promised. Because the window was over dinner hour and his arrival was pretty deep in that window, he asked if it was still OK for him to come. Per company policy, he did not park in the driveway. Upon entering, he put on clean-room booties/shoe protectors. He discussed the work to be performed and provided an anticipated time to do the work and asked again if that were OK. Work was done in somewhat less than the quoted time and a verbal debrief was done. He then went to his truck to finalize and print the report. In response to our questions he provided insights into life expectancy of our equipment and made a couple of recommendations. Mike said he did not provide quotes as that was a specialized function at Morris-Jenkins. Overall, we were happy with the service Mike performed and with the price paid. We will use Morris-Jenkins again in the future, should the need arise.

I have used Morris Jenkins for the past few years and am on the Priority Advantage program. I have had good experiences with them in the past. On this recent service, the technician, Jonathan, was very polite and professional. He did a thorough check of the heating system and explained everything. He also installed a digital thermostat and went to great lengths to explain everything. He did a great job. The cost of being a Priority Advantage customer is on the higher side, but their service has always been good. I will definitely use them again.

It went well. I was informed about the functions and operation of my unit. The Tech made me aware of potential issues, and ways I could upgrade the unit if I chose. No pressure, just information.

Provider did an excellent job. Showed up early (with notification) and got right to work. Provided some helpful tips throughout the service. I upgraded my air conditioning services over the phone when I was scheduling the service without any problems. Will use again.

They did a good job. They were very responsive when I called and set up the appointment immediately.

We've been using them for years. They are excellent. They are reliable and on time. It is a good value for the money. They are honest and trustworthy. We haven't compared their prices.

They did a good job but I don't think they dug deep enough to fix the problem. I was hoping that he would have identified the problem of the odor. One of the things that they didn't do was check in the crawlspace that I wish they would have done. Other than that I was satisfied with the service. I ended up spending more money that day because they suggested two parts that I needed to have replaced. I wish I would not have done that, the main reason that I wanted my unit checked was for the odor.

I believe it was really expensive. The thermostat is not attached to the wall well. It didn't seem like a $300.00 job.

The technician was very professional.(John) He did a thorough job of cleaning/inspecting our unit, and making recommendations and anwering questions. The visit took alot longer than I anticipated, as I hadn't had this work done before. (He was there for three hours). I did think that he was helpful and courteous, and I would recommend them.

Everything turned out fine. They were good to work with and they are professional. We did not have any issues scheduling. I did not have to wait real long to get something set up and they are open most of the time. I did have to pay more which I was not anticipating in my appointment.

Morris-Jenkins went above and beyond in the maintenance service on my heat pump. This was the first time they had serviced my unit and I was impressed with the punctuality (they came early after calling me), the friendly service and the thorough work they did. Compared to the last two companies I have had, there was no comparison.

They came quickly and provided professional service - however it was apparent that the service techs are compensated on commission - the more charges at a call the more money they make. This is a horrible way to incentivize service techs.

That was good. They are very prompt and professional.

Did over and above usual maintenance requirements. Provided advice and directions to keep system operating at peak performance.

Great company.....they came on time....they gave me the price quoted on the phone. I opted for a year round plan that took into account the discount. They were professional and I would recommend them.

He tried for awhile to use the screw but when that didn't work he (with my permission) broke the handle off. He was then able to replace the cartridge I had a spare handle on hand so it was fully functional again quickly.

My 10+ year old central unit finally had its last season. After interviewing 3 other companies- one of which came very close I chose Morris- Jenkins, they are big on show and tell. (Education).

The technician was very thorough in checking our 2 furnaces, the water heater, and also the humidifier filter was replaced.

I found another HVAC contractor who did everything for $1,000. Fortunately we had a duel fuel system, so our heat continued on gas until the repair was complete. If I hadn't had that luxury I suspect I'd have been sorely tempted to cough up the $2,000 Morris Jenkins wanted. I'm sure all HVAC vendors realize they have the customer over a barrel so they can charge outrageous fees.

They are good in terms of giving estimate, honest and it's exactly what it is, they give options, and they allow you to choose the repairman so that person had a history of your home or repair. The range in terms or scheduling appointments and follow-ups with regular meeting is wide. I've been doing business with them for 3 years now and I've been very satisfied with their service.

I am impressed with the service that I received from Morris-Jenkins for so many reasons! When our heating system began acting up (the day that it started snowing, of course), I researched different companies on Angie's List before calling anyone. I had heard the name Morris-Jenkins many times, and often see the repair vans around town, but still wanted to look around. The reviews on Angie's List were great, and despite the many choices, I felt most comfortable with a name that I recognized, so I gave them a call! The man that I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, and told me that I could have someone come to the house within two hours, despite the terrible weather! The technician, John, arrived right on time, and could not have been nicer. Seriously. IF our heat were to go out again, I will ask for him. He explained what was wrong with a part on my furnace, and how he could fix it. The repairs were done quickly, and we have not had an issue with our heating system yet! And I had a $50 off coupon from AL! :) I am still so impressed with the fact that someone was willing to come to our home to fix our heat despite the "snowpocalypse"!

I made the appointment but then went on Angie's List and discovered a coupon for $49.00. I called Morris-Jenkins back and they said they would honor the AL coupon. The service technician, Jonathan Ingle, was great. He explained the entire inspection to me and offered the contract, which covers both my furnaces and air conditioners to be checked yearly. He also gave me two free months on the contract. He explained that since I bought the contract, my $49.00 would be credited to my account. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Hannah, the lady I spoke with on the phone, was very helpful also. Overall, it was a very good experience. One of my furnaces was origianlly installed by Morris-Jenkins so this was not my first contact with them.

It went well. They were on time and did whatever they need to do. They were knowledgeable and professional.

The company took responsibility for repairs and and completed the repairs in 3 to 4 days.
