I hadn't had the carpets cleaned in years as we were planning to replace them with hardwoods, but the project kept getting postponed. Needless to say, the carpeting was in dire need of a deep clean. It 's also 25 year old carpet, so I wasn't really expecting much (a prior experience with another service hadn't impressed me). Well, I was wrong. The carpeting looks terrific! Prompt, professional, efficient and effective - what else could anyone ask for?

Brian does an outstanding job. We have been using Metro Steamway for many years and they always do a spectacular job. I call and can always get an appointment that fits my schedule. I have been doing business with Brian Sniatecki/Metro Steamway for over 20 years. Brian has always been easy to contact, on time, meticulous in his work...always goes above and beyond...Is very honest about what he can and cannot do to correct a problem area. His pricing is very fair and the quality of his work is top notch. I have been pleased 100% of the time and would not use any other company to take care of my cleaning needs. Perfect. Brian is a professional, hardworking, ethical & knowledgeable carpet/upholstery cleaner. He has been cleaning our Charlotte house and lake house for the past 5 years. I have used Metro Steamway for my carpet cleaning needs for the past 15+ years. They are a pleasure to work with. Also professional, prompt, tidy and fair. Brian is the technician that always comes to my house. He looks over all the areas I want cleaned and we discuss any challenging areas. He is a miracle worker! My carpets always look great when he's finished. I always get the carpets fiber sealed to help make spot clean up effective. Fabulous company to do business with!

WOW -- I'm so impressed with Gary and his company, Metro Steamway. I got him on the phone the first try, he quoted me on the spot and came the next day to clean my 20-year old WHITE sofa, loveseat, 2 large chairs, ottoman and 6 dining room chairs. He was able to come an hour earlier than expected and had the whole job done in about 2 hours. The results are wonderful! This furniture is old and worn, but he made it look almost as good as new. Gary brought his father along to help and they were both extremely pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again for both upholstery AND carpet cleaning.

I have been using Metro Steamway for 15 years. When I call Brian, he is always prompt with his response and willing to schedule a cleaning on short notice. He is a true professional and is a carpet cleaning expert. He has cleaned my orientals, area rugs, upholstered furniture and all our wall to wall carpets. He has removed stains from our rugs that seemed like they would be impossible to get out (black ink powder on a white carpet in my son's room). I would recommend this business to everyone!

The best. We've used them for 15 years and have always been very pleased. Brian's cleaning is very thorough, and the carpets are dry by the next morning (not wet, as some companies leave them.) It's amazing how much better the rugs look after he's worked on them. He has helped us with some pet issues with our rugs and we trust his advice. Prices are extremely reasonable. We have recommended Metro Steamway to several of our friends and all have been enthusiastic about them.

I have been using Metro Steamway for about 14 years. From the get-go, I was very pleased with Brian's professionalism and pleasant demeanor on the phone. He is very good to call when he is en route. Only one room in my home is carpeted and the carpet is about 15 years-old now, and it is off-white no less. When Metro Steamway cleans it, the transformation surprises me every time. It looks almost new. They put plastic underneath the legs of the furniture when they are finished. One additional service I recently learned that Metro Steamway does is they can clean bathroom ceramic tile floors/grout, so I have my bathroom floors cleaned also when they are here for the carpet. My home is 53-years-old and the bathroom floors look amazing when they are done. I don’t ask for a quote anymore because they have been coming for so long, but I think they are very reasonable. Very trustworthy too. I am never disappointed.

He is fabulous. He is very responsive in returning calls. The other thing that was kind of nice is we inadvertently lost our cat out of his litter box for the entire thanksgiving weekend when we were away. We called Metro Steamway back to come back and redo the carpet and he cut me a deal because I've just had the carpet cleaned and protected six months prior. I was going to have it protected again, but he said to me that you know what, you just had it done recently, you don't even need to have it protected again, it's still on there. He was very honest and didn't try to gouge me even though I was very willing to pay for it. He's actually a page of happiness.

I spent $500 on that work. The job was excellent and their work was high quality. Their customer service and professionalism was excellent. They are always prompt, helpful and courteous. They are great and that is why I have been using them for years. Their prices are fair and they do the job that they say they are going to do and explain what they will do. The people who work are very courteous, helpful and do the job right.

They did a very good job. They accomplished the work within a reasonable amount of time. I rate them high overall.

They gave me the estimate over the phone. I didn’t use them. They passed me on to someone else. They were very helpful. They had good information. They were very professional and they had excellent customer service. I will use them again in the future.

The service technician was punctual, professional, and courteous. Overall, he cleaned the carpet very well and for a reasonable price, but unfortunately was unable to remove some of the old stains. Possibly, no once could have removed those stains, so I wouldn't hold that against the company.

This company was recommended by some of our neighbors that had used them. They did a very thorough and good job with both the couch and the carpet. Most places don't like to do furniture but he was glad to.

They were very reasonably priced and there were 2 guys here for 3 hours and they worked very hard. The owner and her staff are very knowledgeable about carpet care. It was a great price.

We have used Metro Steamway several times over the years. They are not into hard pressure add on services once they get doing the work. Brian was here again and does a very good job and CARES about the quality of his work. They aren't fancy, and probably are not the cheapest but they show up and do good work.

This company uses the steam cleaning method. I have 3 children and pets so we have a lot of spots. They got them all out. I recently had my stairway and halls painted so Metro Steamway used guards around the wall corners to keep the cords and hoses from knocking the new paint job. I have used them in the past with excellent results. Much better than the chemical type of cleaning.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 4 YEARS, AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE. I GET OUR WALL TO WALL CARPETS, AREA RUGS AND UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE DONE ANNUALLY. WE PAY THE EXTRA TO HAVE THE CARPETS COATED WITH A SOLUTION THAT PREVENTS STAINS FROM SETTING IN, IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY.

WE HAVE USED METRO STEAMWAY FOR 4 YEARS FOR CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE. THE DAY AFTER A FLOOD IN OUR HOME ALMOST ALL OF THE UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE NEEDED CLEANING, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO DO THE WORK. GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! METRO WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT JOB. WE HAVE THREE DOGS SO I ASKED VICTORIA IF SHE COULD CLEAN THE RUGS AT HER FACILITY RATHER THAN TRYING TO DO IT AT OUR HOUSE. NOT ONLY DID SHE HAVE THE RUGS PICKED UP AND CLEANED BUT SHE DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PICK UP/DELIVERY CHARGE BECAUSE I WAS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND A MEMBER OF ANGIE'S LIST. HER DRIVER SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN SHE SAID HE WOULD AND I BELIEVE HER PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE METRO AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING RUG OR CARPET CLEANING. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
