 + 0 moreDID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I ONLY HAD ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. I CALLED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE MY CLEANING SO I COULD GET THE DAY AND TIME I WANTED. I WAS CALLED 2 DAYS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT AND TOLD MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE PUSHED TO LATER IN THE DAY BECAUSE A LONG STANDING COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER HAD CALLED AT THE LAST MINUTE TO HAVE THEIR CARPETS CLEANED THE SAME DAY AS ME. I REALLY HAD NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER, BECAUSE I HAD TAKEN THE DAY OFF FROM WORK TO HAVE THIS DONE. EVERYTHING ENDED WELL WHEN A CUSTOMER CANCELED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO ME EARLIER, BUT I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO NOT BE PUSHED OUT LATER WHEN I HAD PLANNED FOR A SPECIFIC TIME.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME, RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS, AND DID NOT HARD-SELL ANY OTHER SERVICES. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS THE BEST IN CHARLOTTE FOR THE WORK DONE AND THE YOUNG MEN WERE VERY POLITE. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL TO GET ANY AND ALL SPOTS OUT AND MADE SURE THE RUG WAS CLEANED TO MY SATISFACTION. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING THEM AGAIN!!!

IT WAS THE BEST CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. HE EVEN SECURED THE VACUUM HOSES ON THE TOP OF THE STAIRS SO IT WOULD NOT MARKUP THE FRESHLY PAINTED WALLS AND TRIM. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
