Very easy working with Thomas, he was able to come out fairly quickly and had some flexibility on time of day for me, and delivered the appraisal not long afterward (4 days, and that being a labor day Monday, so pretty quick). I reached out to him here on Home Advisor, and I didn't get an immediate call as has happened with some other folks I've worked with, but sometimes they reached out a little too fast, a little too eager maybe ha. Probably could have been a little faster (think it was a few days later), but that'd be my only constructive criticism, but I wasn't in a huge rush, so doesn't merit knocking any stars off. Thomas is a professional, and even spent a close to an hour on a call after the appraisal to walk through it. I would recommend him and hire him again if needing an independent appraisal.

Mr. Maxwell is timely, considerate, and has great follow-up skills. He had knowledge of my area and knew its history. He would have scored higher with me if his company was able to take credit cards. I would definitely do business with him again.
