Mr. Maxwell arrived promptly and performed services. I needed the property appraised for an estate. He provided both the retrospective and current appraisal within 48 hours, of his visit.. Mr. Maxwell is extremely professional and efficient when doing an appraisal. I would highly recommend him for appraisals in general but also if you need to have a property appraised for an estate.
