The estimate was high so we went with another company and really wish we had spent the extra money on these guys! Their knowledge and experience are superb and I've no doubt we would have had a quality job done with these guys. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable. He will work with you on price but the quality of his products are worth it. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys.

They answered the phone and were courteous. They gave me a quote and explained the procedure. They did the work on the promised day. They were the only company that provided a quote for the service, so I couldn't compare their price with that of anybody else. They did not ask me to just sign the contract and say that they would deal with the insurance company for me. They didn't do that.

I made an appointment with them over a week in advance to provide an estimate for a full roof replacement. They contacted me the morning of my appointment to advise me that they would not be showing up, and that they were no longer taking work in my area. This forced me to pursue other alternatives, causing unnecessary delays. I have a leaking roof, so delays are no small matter. It would have been helpful, and certainly more professional if they told me up front so that I did not waste my time.

Their pricing was competitive and the service was excellent. I just had to call them back to put some patio furniture back, but other than that everything was fine. I will use them again in the future.

For the most part pretty good. There were a few glitches, Initial consult with Steve Lundberg, not all decisions were passes to work crew, They left off insulation that was supposed to applied under siding. Roofer put his foot through the ceiling, they brought in a crew to patch it, they never covered the area back up with insulation in the attack. Several joist baffles were removed and not replaced. The crew putting on siding told me he was getting ready to start his own business Sliding glass doors had dirt in between the glass panes, they were very responsive to this and after the 3rd set flew someone from Pittsburgh to inspect the doors. Determined the manufacturing process was flawed, which they fixed. The other glitches were not discovered till years later. The office pressed up for payment and we told them get clean windows in the sliding doors and we will pay. We called Steve Lundberg and he agreed, don't pay till its right.

We felt as if Mr. Lundberg was not as upfront as our other options. There were lots of cliche's and stories but not much substance. We felt that his windows were much more expensive than than those being compared to.

They were excellent and I really liked the company. I used them on a commercial job. They did a good job at a good price. I thought they were trustworthy and they had a pretty nice company.

called for estimate and david lundberg, VP of roofing per his business card, arrived 10 minutes late in his Escalade and was ill prepared to measure the roof. had on dress shoes not boots. said i would have an estimate on monday and I never heard back from him or his firm

From start to finish - a very pleasant experience. David brought over samples of shingles,and rode around with me to discuss types and colors of different roofs. They were on time and neat, and very responsive to all my questions. The crew finished in 1 1/2 days - (a large roof), but still returned for 2 days to check on the finished product. Highly recommended.

The quality of the work is excellent. The responses to my requests was a little unsatisfactory. We just had hail damage. It took about 3 months for them to actually come out and replace it. The delay did not display a problem because I didn't have any leaks. I am sure if a had an emergecny they would have been out as fast as possible.

We were approached by several companies as "Hail Damage" signs appeared in the neighborhood. Most offered free estimates, and the common refrain was "We'll do the repairs for whatever your insurance company will pay". One of those companies did inspect our roof, stating there is hail damage, but providing NO actual estimate. We called Lundberg for an estimate, based on their reputation, Angie's List reviews, and that they were not soliciting business in the area. We wanted an honest 2nd opinion. We were told there would be a $100 charge, and be sure to have a check ready for the inspector. Brandon Johnson performed a thorough inspection on the scheduled date and provided a detailed report of measurements and costs. Along with the estimate, he left brochures about shingles, samples, and copies of Lundberg's license and insurance. He said there would be no charge for the estimate, and no obligation. Based on reputation, inclusion of full-length ridge vents, and hand hammered installation, we chose Lundberg to do the job. Our only "hiccup" occurred when two weeks later two men arrived unannounced with a ladder to perform another inspection and to take pictures of our roof. They identified themselves as inspectors for Lundberg, and took more pictures and measurements and left without further comment. A couple of weeks later, after we'd contracted for Lundberg to do the work, a lady from their office called to say we'd not made our $100 payment for inspection. She stated we were to pay on that 2nd inspection. We explained that Brandon had told us there would be NO CHARGE for the inspection. The charge was waived, but we did advise Lundberg that they need to better train their staff regarding how charges for inspections are handled. From here, we moved on to the actual day of replacing the roof. EVERYTHING in this one-day process went smoothly and as stated in the contract. About thirty trained workers arrived on Friday morning to remove old shingles and tarpaper, plus wood sheathing that had been damaged by moisture. They spread tarps around the house to protect shrubs and belongings, moving delicate items further away from the house. A large team worked on the roof while smaller teams kept busy on the ground, filling wheel barrows with debris and loading a large truck parked on the street. We noticed other companies parked dumpsters in driveways, and wondered about excessive weight of debris and dumpster might crack a concrete driveway. Lundberg avoids that risk. As shingles were removed, more wood sheathing that had been damaged by moisture was uncovered. The crew rapidly obtained additional panels to repair the roof. The repairs and installation of underlayment and shingles was handled very methodically. Gutters were cleaned and after tarps had been removed, and our yard and driveway was scoured for nails with a large magnetic pickup device. Before nightfall the ladders, tools, and workers were gone. Brandon returned for a "walk-through" and prepared a report for minor touch-up work, including one porch screen damaged by a falling shingle. As agreed, within a few days all items were addressed. We are very satisfied with our new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Lundberg Roofing Windows and Siding. Other companies incorporate words in their name to indicate their professionalism. Lundberg relies on their honesty and reputation.

Mr. Lundberg came out and gave us a quote. Poor man, we seemed to be constantly in turmoil and needing to be speedy when he came by to establish a relationship, measure and finalize the bid. He required no money down. The install was timed as they predicted. The quality of the windows is outstanding. They were fabulous in their installation- the guys were friendly, quick, diligent and very thorough in their clan-up. it was a painless experience. We had questions with the functionality of a window feature. They had the manufacturer representative out at our home within 24 hours and all went well. Only THEN did they collect the full payment.

The original sales rep. left the company, and we received a 5% discount to ensure we were all on the same page (and probably to provide an opportunity to train the new sales rep.). The crew was running behind on the scheduled day, so Lundberg's called to reschedule. The crew appeared to my untrained eye to work efficiently and were responsive to my questions.

Went ok needed to come back twice to fix things that were overlooked. Was eager to please and overall I got a good roof within the quoted amount.

The process was organized and easy for me - I didn't need to be present during the work, which was really appreciated. Lundberg's office did the legwork and the back and forth with my insurance company as needed, and there was some debate about the estimate and square footage to be replaced. While I was envolved in the conversation, I didn't need to do much to get the insurance co to cover most of the cost. The work was more expensive than some, but I think well worth it.

They were great. They were very professional, on time and easy to work with.

David Lundberg was extremely thorough and courteous in his explanation of the work that would be done to replace our roof. The job was not without it's difficulties but, David made sure that every single detail was taken care of to our satisfaction before he received payment. His quick response and constant communication was very much appreciated. The crew was courteous and they came back several times to make sure that every nail and scrap was cleaned up from our yard. We highly recommend this company.

The gentleman provided us with an estimate on the windows, but we never heard back from him on the roof. We called at least 3 times to follow up with him and left messages with the receptionist, but we never heard back from them.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They did a good job. I was happy with them. They did an excellent clean up. The price was pretty high but I was happy with it. I appreciated the service that I received and I felt that I got what I paid for.

It was a great experience overall, We feel we got a lot for our money. Getting the needed permits took longer than expected but the folks at Lundberg were a joy to work with and really stayed on top of things. We are very much enjoying the new addition to our home and wish we had done it much sooner.

They didn't come out when they said they would for an estimate and didn't send me an email of the estimate and satellite evaluation.

We were well pleased with the service provided by Lundberg. This was an insurance job due to hail damage in our neighborhood. They provided an estimate prior to knowing how much our insurance had agreed to pay and they were within a few dollars of the settlement amount (excluding skylights and plywood replacement). They also hand-nail their shingles and provided a large enough crew to get the work done within 1 or 2 days. Follow up to a few minor issues were handled in an expedient manner.

Everything has been great, and we have had no problems with the roof. We have been very happy with them.

I was rather disappointed that Mr. Lundberg himself was very unprofessional. The employees who came out to do the work were excellent. They did very good work. The employees were very responsive and punctual. I personally would not use them again, because of Mr. Lundberg's lack of professionalism.
