Great experience. Their team did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it.

Went great. Lights look good and are high quality. Left the work area so clea. I did t know they had installed the lights! They took pride in their work

the guys arrived exactly on time, were courteous and pleasant. Even cleaned a kitchen window located over a little shed. My Mom was so surprised how quickly they did the job, about an hour and half. The windows sparkle and made my mother very happy.

It went just fine. They were very professional, showed up on time and did a good job.

I can't give a fair assessment at this point. I remember I probably wouldn't hire them again. They sent a fairly young personnel. He sort of needed some direction.

Great deal for LED lighting in our front yard. Team was punctual and professional. Ran in to two small snags, that meant they couldn't finish the first day, but had to come back two times after, but the communication regarding the delays were top notch.

We got an Angie's List Deal for an LED outdoor lighting package package. What a FANTASTIC investment!! These guys have great communication - they called to schedule the appointment, called the day before to confirm, then called 30 min before they showed up to let us know they were heading over. When they arrived we were unsure where we wanted the lights so they made suggestions, and volunteered to leave them in-place with us for a few days so we could see the lights at night and make sure we were happy with their location before they buried the wires, and made a special trip back out to bury the wires. We had one light go out about a week after installation, and they were back within 24 hours to repair it. Absolutely wonderful customer service, we highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

The 2 man team arrived right on time, were very polite, confirmed the deal, and went straight to work. They were very careful with our pets, window treatments, carpets, and furniture. All windows and sills are now so clean they sparkle ! Can't imagine spending another minute of valuable vacation or weekend time doing it ourselves again - ever. Plus they were very safe with the ladders. We'll schedule the outside next and we've seen them do an amazing job on inside and outside light fixtures too.

There was a deal on Angie's list to get your gutters cleaned for $100. I have a multi tiered roof that is very high off the ground. They arrived in a timely fashion & did a great job.

Fantastic! The process began when a gentleman came out to my home to identify what we wanted and help my wife and I put together a plan. We went so far as to walk down to other homes in our neighborhood to get ideas. The installation process was just smooth. They were in and out in a couple of hours, and the results are amazing! It has been a few months since the installation and we have had zero problems. My initial reasoning for this lighting was for safety reasons (our pathways were previously unlit and easy to trip on when we had guests come at night) I am even more pleased by the difference in how our home looks at night with the new lighting. I highly recommend this team and hope that I get a chance to use their services again!

Great job -- they responded promptly via email and came out within a few days at the right time. Cleaned up all debris. I couldn't even tell they were there.

They arrived on time on the agreed date. The installation was completed in 2 1/2 hours in a professional manner by Carson and two assistants. Two of the lights needed adjustment. Carson returned on the day I called for assistance. Adjustments were quickly made. I am very pleased with the results!!

The service for the big deal from The Go To Crew of Charlotte for complete gutter cleaning and roof was fine. The big deal was 99 dollars and I didn't pay anything else. The most that I liked about the services they provided was that the gutters were cleaned. I don't think that there was anything that I disliked about them. The price, for the amount that I had them do, I think it was a little high. It took them less than 10 minutes and to pay 99 dollars for that amount of time, I felt was a little bit too high. I wasn't actually here when they did it so I don't know the quality. I am assuming that they did a good job but I don't know. The responsiveness was good. For punctuality, they were supposed to be here at a certain time when I was here they came before I got home and I was a little upset with that. I probably would not use them again in the future.

They were here on time, worked efficiently, they were extremely professional.
