About us

Owned and started by Tyler Kirk since 2006, Window Hero Charlotte, formerly named 'Labor Panes' is proud to be the “home base” for the entire Labor Panes franchise, specializing in professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. Tyler has had a special place in his heart for Charlotte for as long as he can remember. In college, he played tennis for the University of North Carolina Charlotte, and fell in love with the area immediately. For over 18 years, Window Hero has valued every job, large and small, and sought to build relationships with every customer. We are dedicated to the satisfaction of each of our customers and look forward to continuing to serve people from Matthews to Fort Mill and everywhere in between! Being located in Queen City has been an incredible experience for everyone at Labor Panes, on both a business and personal level. As a business, we have loved seeing the growth of our company match the growth of the Charlotte area. But Tyler and the rest of the team take full advantage of the city's great joys- including spending time together at the White Water Center and attending Panthers games!

Description of Work: They have me an hour window of time when the crew would be arriving. At the end of that hour I called, the office said the crew was running behind and would be there in 30 minutes. A hour and 15 minutes later they showed up. By this time it was getting dark outside. Needless to say I was unable to inspect the work before the crew left. They did do a good job. I was just disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. My house was large than what the angies list coupon covered. It would have been nice if the had not charged me that extra because of making me wait around my house 2 hours.
