The crew was on time, did a great job cleaning our the gutters and taking the debris away with them. They also changed the bulbs in some hard to reach flood lights while they were up there.

All went well with the clean up. Lead/Owner knocked, intro'd himself, gave receipt and immediately the Crew of I think 3 went to work. They were in and out within 20 minutes, bagged up debris, blew off the roof and that was that. It was a long wait I suppose due to response to the ad but still was done on date promised and no issues.

They did a good job. I had to kind of chase them down to get them. For some reason, my buying the service did not get through on their system or something. When I called in, the girl looked it up. Then it was scheduled and then that was the day it rained really bad. But, they rescheduled. They didn't come exactly at the time that they said they were going to. I didn't even think they had come and I complained that they hadn't come to do the work. Anyway, I found out that they had come when I wasn't here. The job they did was good. It was kind of trying to get everything coordinated. They just need to communicate better, when they're running behind or if they're going to be coming another day or something like that. Normally, when I bought stuff, whatever the company is, always contacts me by e-mail or by phone. I had to call Angie's List and get their number and call them.

They arrived on time, were very courteous, were able to remove the leaves from the peaks of the roof on the house and from the garage, cleaned up any debris. It was a small job, but due to the pitch of the roof we were unable to do it ourselves.

They were punctual, polite, efficient, and did a good job.

The Go To Crew has cleaned my gutters for years now. Their people are always courteous and professional. They arrived on time, cleaned the gutters removing all of the debris, and did their work quickly.

It turned out fine. The weather wasn't the best when they were here and I'm not sure they blew out the gutters, put the blower down the downspout. I heard the blower one time. They told me they had and I just let it go because I wasn't paying close attention so they may have. I paid $15 extra because they said my square footage was above the one on the deal. I'm not sure that all the downspouts were cleaned out. It's an average price. It took them forever to get out here. There were 2 young men that came out. They introduced themselves and they called me when they were on their way, and they were just straight up. They did a very good job and they were very professional about it.

Great, easy to schedule

It took a month before they were able to get to me. Looks like they were over booked and a month at this time of year was a lot of time to wait with gutters filled with leaves and debris.

Came on time and did a good job. Cleaned out gutters and took mess away.

I would have given higher score but had to wait over a month for the earliest appointment time. Then the canceled for inclement weather, which there was no threat of the day I was scheduled. However there was a snowstorm predicted for the following day and I'm guessing they canceled my appointment to focus on the weather related opportunities. They did come on the rescheduled day and the gutters were cleaned. They only swept off the roof, a blower would have done a better job-- but for the price I think they did a good job. I would use them again, but would order in advance.

It went well. We were out of town and when we came home our gutters were cleaned

The offer said they would call me, but I finally had to call them. They had overlooked my order through Angie's list. Once I got them they were very nice and completed the work on time and as far as I can tell, very well.

The crew called to say they were on their way and arrived promptly. They were very personable, immediately set to work and completed in 15 minutes. Professional and did a good job.

Delayed twice due to rain. Finally came 3 weeks from original scheduled work date. Crew of 3-4 cleaned gutters and downspouts in about 30-45 minutes. Cleaned up after work was completed. Good Job.
