Labor Panes of Charlotte

It is a large house with a large number of windows. They were aces! I've never seen anything like them. The team was made up of 4 or 5 guys. They worked well together. It was excellent work! They were super professional. I will be using them again. It took them a day and a half to do the work.

It's all college graduates. It was started by a hearing-impaired boy in Charlotte. They do an excellent job. They come when they say they are going to come. One of the kids accidentally dented one of my gutters, and he came in and told me; the company dealt with it.

The gutters on my large 2 story home hadn't been cleaned for more than a year. They were overloaded with debris, sagging in places, and spilling water over the top. I contacted Labor Panes and they made an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. I thought the price was more than fair considering the amount of work to be done. After I accepted the estimate, I made an appointment for the actual cleaning. The serviceman was right on time and was courteous. He replaced two burned out floodlights for no additional charge and then cleaned up. He also pointed out where the gutter was damaged and had pulled away from the roof so I could get someone in to repair it. I am very satisfied with the job and would hire Labor Panes again.

Extremely pleased. House has never been power washed since it was new in 2001 and it looks new again! Power washing even cleaned windows and knocked off spider webs.

This is the second time I have used Labor Panes. I find them to be prompt, courteous, and professional. My windows sparkled when they left. I also had them clean windows in a rental house I own. I have recommended them to a friend who was also very pleased.

They are prompt and do the job the way they say their going to do it. The results are beyond acceptable plus they are neat and professional. I think they are competitively priced, too.

They absolutely did the most spectacular job cleaning my windows. The team was all young and they REALLY cleaned! There are a lot of windows in the kitchen area and the windows really needed it badly. They cleaned until they sparkled and I cannot say enough to complement them. The job was very, very good and the price was fair.

They did a good job, they were prompt, they came when they said they would, and I have had no problem with them. I got a letter from them stating that if I called them and hired them before March 2010, I would get $20 off from whatever they would be charging. I found that their price was reasonable.

They cleaned 30 windows. They also do gutters. They keep their appointments and are punctual. The communication is great and they are nice guys. We've used them 5 or 6 times.

They are the most professional window cleaners I ve ever seen. They put everything back the way it was. They take pride in what they do. They are respectful, and they are great. They do extra things than the actual work. For example: I have a clock which is hung as high as 30 ft and it stopped working. I needed the batteries changed and I did not know anybody that ladder that high. I asked them for help and they were so nice about it. They are an awesome company.

The crew called for permission to arrive early, which they did. They promptly began removing screens and cleaning the inside and outside windows. I was impressed by the quietness of five young men in my home; there was no clomping up the stairs nor yelling back and forth to each other. Tyler assured me that if I noticed any spots which needed cleaning that he would return the next day to fix the problem....there were no problems. I was most impressed that as I checked each window I found that they were all securely locked.

They gave me a written estimate with three different options to choose from. They are very professional and I am looking forward to working with them.

It went pretty good. They were on time and prepared. The owner was very good. He came out and gave the estimate. I would say the crew could be a little more professional. It appeared that the crew were not too into it.

Excellent. Not only did they do a great job on the windows and gutters, I added a couple light fixtures to be cleaned on the job and they were happy to oblige. Everything is honest, courteous, and up front, no surprises.

I highly recommend Tyler and his crew. He called and came to give me an estimate within about 3 hours of my call to him. Tyler and his workmen are extremely professional and pleasant to be around. The 4 man crew finished the entire job, over 30 windows and doors, and two chandeliers in about 2 and a half hours. Everything glistens! My chandeliers have never looked so good! I will definitely use them again.

Everything went well. I left a message for Tyler and heard back from him the same day. The estimate was performed and a date was set for a couple of weeks out. I am very pleased with the results. I didn't think it could make such a huge difference. They did my in-laws very large house also and did a great job there too. Nice young guys.

They did an estimate. They were nice. There were three guys who cleaned up adequately after themselves. They seemed very personable and honest. I was happy in the end.

He was very good and accommodating, we had pollen on our windows. He made them nice and pretty.

They were reasonably priced and effective. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. They guaranteed that if there was something I did not like they would come back and re-clean it. They scheduled me within 2 weeks. I have already recommended them to others.

The windows in our home look great. No streaks. Tyler said he'd come at 8am and would probably be done by noon. He was there promptly at 8 am and finished just before the clock struck 12:00. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. I decided to not put the grids back on the windows, and he brought the grids up to the 3rd floor for me and helped be stack them for storage. I would not hesitate to use him again (which we definitely will!) and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs their windows in their home cleaned.

Labor Panes provided a written estimate while I was away and left it in my mailbox. I scheduled them to return and do the work the following week. The owner and one other person arrived on time and did fine work. The house looked great and was free of mildew and spiderwebs. The windows were spotless.

I wrote this report because I was so impressed with this awesome young man. I am certain that he will be extremely successful owning and growing this business.
