Labor Panes of Charlotte

They were here when promised and there were 3 guys on the crew. Originally had contracted to clean all the windows except for 7 that were cleaned by us a few weeks before. We added those in and they didn't charge extra for them. They damaged a small plastic piece that holds the door blinds down on the back door and they profusely apoligized and offered to replace it, but it was such a minor thing that I told them to forget about it. They gave me a $25 discount because of the damage. They did a great job with the cleaning and I was very happy with the job they did.

Two young men cleaned the exterior windows of my townhouse. They did an excellent job, were very nice and arrived early! Very pleased and will use them again.

Labor Panes cleaned our windows and skylights and cleaned the exterior of the house. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. We would definitely use them again.

I've been impressed with this company every time I've used it. This time was no exception. Communicating with the office was pleasant and easy. Mike and Charles arrived on time and were well organized with a carefully thought-out plan. Because of the many different services I was having them do that day, they had to work smart so as not to accidentally splash or make something dirty that had already been cleaned. Mike started by cleaning the dryer vent while Charles began washing windows. This house has over 40 windows and some of them are difficult to reach. Charles safely cleaned each one until they sparkled. The house, garage, deck and large driveway were pressure-washed and looked terrific. They also washed off the gutter guards and cleaned four outdoor light fixtures. They were very intent on making sure I was pleased with the results. I will definitely be using Labor Panes again!

When was the last time you had someone show up on time? Mike from Labor panes rang the door bell at 8:00 am. He said he would be working at my house for about 5 hours. The job he performed was about 100% better then I expected. I will use Labor Panes again in the future.

With all the heavy downpours we have been having, I had waterfalls coming over my gutters. I called several gutter cleaning companies on Angie's List but was told that they were booked many weeks out. Labor Panes was the only company that could get to me relatively soon. They cleaned the gutters and removed the debris. They were on time and you would never know that they had been there, except the gutters are now clean.

They were prompt and polite and courteous.

Their price was excellent, and they were right on time. The gentleman who came was very polite and went right to work. I will have them back out in the fall again to do more maintenance. They will be pressure washing my house next month also. I didn't have to call back or anything.

Superb group at every step -- from appointment scheduling to introducing themselves upon arrival to doing a thorough job. I am a repeat client who remains impressed by this company's standards and its polite, professional employees. A rare find these days.

Overall I had a good experience with Labor Panes. Called on 3/16, got a call back and voicemail on 3/18, called them back, got on their schedule for a 3/20 estimate. He called upon his arrival, came out and left an estimate in my box, emailed me an estimate and called me. The downspout that needed repair they included at no extra cost in the estimate. On 3/26 they came out and did the job. They were in and out within an hour, I was unfortunately unable to be at the house for the estimate nor the work due to last minute scheduling tie-ups. But they were self-sufficient, so kudos on that. They did have to call me after the estimate to confirm which downspout needed repair (this was obviously the back left but the person calling said the notes said front left-the front downspouts were just dandy.) Quality: When I arrived home they had indeed repaired the downspout with a new elbow and screwed it in. It was free so I shouldn't complain about the craftsmanship. In the final invoice they said it would function but a replacement is recommended. I don't understand why they assumed I wanted a patch job instead of a repair? The estimate was for a Leaf removal not "Gutter cleaning." My mistake. So they did remove the debris but the gutters and haul it off with them but the gutters are far from spotless, but I will assume they will function all the same when it rains next now that all the leaves are gone. Professionalism: I also noticed several muddy boot prints on the metal part of our roof. Yes, they didn't leave trash or tools behind but it is kind of unsettling to come home to see that. I also came home to find a yard sign staked in the front yard. I have come to accept that this is norm, to advertise your business after a job well done but a heads up or call for permission to do so would have been greatly appreciated. Actually, if someone pays close attention, the sign reads that they do pressure washing and house is in need of it, so it reflects poorly on them that our house has some cobwebs and some green algae-laden gutters. Price: I gave their price an A because it saved me from having to purchase a $300+ two-story ladder from the home improvement store, drag it home in my car (or rent a truck to transport it), use it only--at most--twice a year and have to store it the rest of the year. **UPDATE** Ben from Labor Panes contacted me after this review and wanted to make it right. Carson came out today (4/5) and replaced the downspout and it looks PERFECT. I appreciate their attention to Professionalism and the Quality of their work. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We have used Labor Panes for several years. They do an excellent job of cleaning the gutters in our large two story home with difficult roof pitches. They maintain a very clean work site, are punctual and courteous. They have pressured washed our home also and it looked wonderful when they finished.

They were excellent. They were on time, courteous, and did a wonderful job. He called me the next day to see if everything was appropriate and he asked if I needed someone to come back to fix something that wasn’t quite right. I highly recommend them. They also do pressure washing and I would call them back to do that as well.

They arrived a little early. Introduced themselves and got right to work. I have a 2 story house and the gutters hadn't been cleaned out since we bought it (which was 6 years ago). It didn't take that long to do the work (maybe 45 minutes). They cleaned up everything, took the debris with them and evened out the mulch around the house. They were great! I'd definitely hire them again.

We contacted Tyler Kirk, requesting a quote to cleam our windows. He responded to our inquiry right away. He was out at our house and did a walk around within 24 hours of us contacting him. Then the next day we had a quote. Very competitive.They arrived on time the day of the service, and went right to work. The guys that came out were great. Very friendly and courteous. The results were very good. The cleaned our windows, inside and out as well as cleaned a chandelier. We have a two story home, so the soffits at some point are very high. They did good job of getting these clean (they were a disaster - but now they look great). They came back a week later to pressure wash our drive, sidewalk and porch. They had to come back because we were having a roof replaced, and had a dumspter in our drive, otherwise they would have done all the work in one day. The drive looks as good as new! I would hightly recommend them. They did just what they promised, no surprises with regards to pricing.

Everything went great. I had to reschedule a few times and Tyler was great about it. His guys came early, which worked out great, and they did an amazing job!

On a Monday, I e-mailed Labor Panes and asked for an estimate to have our windows and a light fixture cleaned. Tyler responded to my e-mail quickly and offered to come out on Wednesday or Thursday to give me an estimate. We made an appointment for Thursday. He said I didn't even need to be home, but I wanted to be there to ask him about cleaning our light fixture in the foyer that we cannot reach. Tyler showed up promptly and looked at the job and said cleaning the light fixture would be no problem. He also suggested that we replace all of the bulbs in the fixture since they would be cleaning it anyway. Great idea. He gave me a written estimate for $220.00 for a two story house including the light fixture. I discussed it with my husband and then contacted Tyler to make an appointment to have the work done. The appointment was set for today at 8:30 a.m. Michael and Jordan arrived a little early and got right to work. They are very nice young men and very polite. They removed their shoes in the house (without my asking them to) and were very careful in their work. They took their time and cleaned the windows and screens very carefully. Michael spent a lot of time on our light fixture and did replace the bulbs for us. At the last minute my husband asked them to wash the windows in his shop too. This was not part of the original estimate. They washed the shop windows and only charged an additional $38.00 They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Labor Panes!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate 2 days after my initial call. When the estimator arrived we discussed the work they had done before and what I wanted done this time. The crew arrived promptly and was very efficient in completing the job. Now my house and windows are bright and shiny.

When a previous company I had used failed to return my phone calls, I called LaborPanes. They made an appointment and kept it. The price was exactly what they told me it would be.

I have used Labor Panes 3 times and they are the best. Calls are returned quickly, appointment are set and confirmed, and only bad weather causes a change in time. Each time the crews have been such nice young men who are very competent and professional. You just know they are trustworthy. They leave no mess behind and are very careful with your possessions. The time before this I had them clean my crystal chandelier and it looked wonderful. I will have that done again next time. You can't go wrong with Labor Panes!
