They are excellent. They did what the other people didn?t do. They show up every year. I would use the in the future.

My parents used them when I was growing up, so I started using them when I got my own home. They are reliable, effective, and they will always return if another problem arises. I have been pleased with my experience and would recommend them to others.

Brandon from Killo Exterminating arrived during the scheduled time and acted for professionally. This is the first time I have used Killo. I told Brandon that I have been seeing a lot of ants crawling along the foundation of the house and they have started coming inside as well. He first started by spraying the inside perimeter of the house and moved to the outside. The whole process took about 30 minutes. The price I thought was very good and I signed up for the quarterly outside spraying service to keep the ants away. It has been about 2 weeks since the service and I no longer see ants outside the house, and only a few dead ones inside. I am very pleased with the service.

I've used Killo Exterminating for close to ten years. We have always been happy with the services provided. The same person (Brandon) always comes to our house, which I feel is helpful because he knows our property well. He calls in advance to schedule our appointment and lets us know if he is running late. I've been more than satisfied.

We have a contract with them so they come every quarter. They are reliable, punctual and come when they say they will. We would recommend them.

Matt came and did a termite inspection which was not what I asked for when I called in. He confirmed what I already knew from prepurchase termite inspection done previously. He had no information about annual contract/services to give me. I will probably use another company as a result

They come out every month. Their service people are pretty stable; we don't get a new person every month. They never make any kind of mess either. We haven't had any trouble with them.

They responded quickly to the inquiry. An appointment was made, they came and looked at what they were suppose to look at and check, they explained to me what they were doing, they gave us the report, and he was on his way. It was a good experience. I would recommend their service and I would have them come again. I thought they were very professional.

They did a great job. We used them at our last home for termite treatment and they have always done good work for us. The servicemen are always very professional and seem very knowledgeable.

I talked with two ladies in Killo's office about their services and recommendations for termite inspections, bonds, and treament. They were both very knowledable, included all prices, and were surprisingly frank and honest about when or when not to treat, how bonds work, etc. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I have talked with recently, and they did not push or pressure me at all. I scheduled an appointment for an inspection, and the inspector was timely and very professional. He provided a detailed written summary of his findings and pointed out two minor areas of conern. He also offered to put me on their annual inspection calendar so I will be called each year to schedule another inspection.

Excellent ! My appointment was scheduled with a very nice lady who also answered all my questions. The appointment was set between 2-3 pm on Aug 26th. Tommy called and asked if he could come early...arrived about 1 pm! Tommy got out of the truck and was neat and very personable! He explained he would do an exterior treatment of the crawl space and one inside the crawl space. Tommy was very thorough and when he was finished he also said my insulation looked good and the poly plastic looked neat and correct (he didn't have to say anything but went the extra mile !) Tommy also shook my hand when he met me and again before he left ! He was not only very professional and knowledgable but very friendly as well (discovered we served in the Navy same time and in same place ). Tommy's whole attitude made me feel that I picked a good company ! He was very conscientious and sincere in his work. I plan to use Killo for any future needs and highly recommend them!! OH ! We haven't had any centipedes since ! AND they were about 15% cheaper than most! Great service at a fair price, can't ask for better than that !

Called three different companies. Competitor quoted a lower price for spraying inside and outsid of home. But, I later confirmed the quote was based on a service contract. Another provided a quote of approximately $400 for the same job. Kilo representative quote for the job was $120 without a service contract and additoinal visits can be scheduled based on home owner's decretion at $80. In respect to the visit, my wife indicated that the Kilo technician was very professional. He was thorough in spraying and polite. Explained the service and addressed concerns of having asmatic kids. He indicated that if we should experience a problem to don't hesitate to call. I came home late that day and did not notice a smell or anything. Plan to use them in the future.

TOM FLACK WHO PERFORMED THE SERVICE WAS INITIALLY DELAYED, HOWEVER, CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE CAUSE AND ARRIVED ON TIME A SHORT TIME LATER. IT WAS APPARENT THAT HE WAS EXPERIENCED IN THIS WORK AND WAS BOTH FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

Killo was very responsive when I called them. They were able to come to my house quickly to address the ant problem I was having. I had trouble getting other exterminators on the phone but had no trouble with Killo. They are clean and respectful of your house and furnishings. They were careful about not tracking dirt into my house. They worked quickly and were thorough in their spraying. They even hid packets to exterminate the silver fish. The technician was polite, as was the office staff. Their price was a little high at first but the Angie's list coupon made it affordable. I have not had any ants or other bugs since then. I am very pleased with their service and would be happy to call them again.

The work was fantastic. I got some information from the owner about this particular bug that I?ve never heard of before and he gave me some very specific information about what to do. They were very very thorough. They have come twice because it is a yearly bug that comes around.

They come out once in every 3 months. They have been terrific. I would use them tomorrow if we could set up the appointment. They are great.

They came when they said they would come. They guy was very quick and efficient in knowing what to look for in your house for termites. I think he did a fine job.

I had used their services before too. The entire community was facing a problem with the ants in this past year. The pest control guy did a fantastic job and the ants were gone within a week. I tried spraying everything possible in order to get rid of the bugs, but he seemed to have got rid of them. I have a house which is 80 feet and he sprayed everything including the porch. The ants would usually go away for a couple of days and come back. So, he used something that they usually use for termites. Whatever it was, it worked, as I haven't seen them. He comes out every 3 months and I pay him $125 each time. I feel that the price that I pay isn't bad. I know neighbors down the street have had exterminators coming in every single month and they can't get rid of them. I am very happy with their service. They come out right away whenever I need them. They are courteous and really good. I would use their services in the future too.

They always call ahead of time to tell me that they are coming and I generally just get them to spray outside. I don?t need to be here when they come. I ask him to spray inside the store drain sometimes and he will do that.

I have had a good experience working with Killo. I pay them on a quarterly basis. I give them all A's for their services. I will continue to use them in the future.

We had let a previous owner's termite contract lapse, so, they called us to make us aware of the fact that there was a lapse contract and it was in our best interest to renew it. So, they sent somebody out yesterday to see if there is any damage and because there is not we are going to reinstate our contract. They kind of worked with us on the price because we are two years behind and they are trying to make it so, we only have to pay one year. They are working with us to make it more affordable. The servicemen who came out were very polite, professional and explained things. I had several things explained to me over the phone about the previous treatments that this house has had received prior to our ownership which was helpful. They are not at all pushy; they don't give you the horror story that if you don't spray this is what is going to happen. They don't do that.

They had treated my house for termites in the beginning of summer. They had come on time, and it was a good experience.
