I needed a termite inspection done on my ranch house. Kevin came out and did a great job, looked all over and gave me a detailed report. He did not pressure me for any additional services.

My initial contact with Killo was very positive. The phone interview with the representative was courteous and the questions she asked were very specific regarding my needs. Scheduling was easy and the service technician was very polite. On arrival, he took his shoes off!!! He introduced himself, we talked about my concerns and he did a 'walk about' my residence and inspected all the ares where I said my issues were. As he did his inspection, he discussed the various types of insects that I had described and the problems they could potentially produce if left untreated. At no time did I feel that I was being misled into unnecessary service. My technician proceeded to treat my home and also treat the outside to catch insects before they might enter my home.I am very well pleased with this company and so far, everything has been peaceful and calm in my home...no bugs!!!!

I was a little afraid to call Killo because there were not a lot of reviews. But we went to church with some of the Killough family at one time, so I decided to take a chance. So GLAD I did. I paid for recurring service, and I'm afraid I don't remember what the amount was. I did think it was entirely reasonable. Joey came and explained how these stupid ants live, grown and invade your house and what chemicals he would use. I have dogs, cats and 2 bee hives (outside), so I was concerned. The ants receded after a day or so. In a little less than 2 weeks they seemed to be coming back. I called Joey and he promptly came and sprayed again. We haven't seen one of the little suckers inside since then. I'm so glad I called and will keep the recurring service. Very pleased.

It's fine, nothing extraordinary. They did the job, that was it.

We had a problem with ants showing up in the house. We called on Friday and they were out here working by the following Monday. They did a great job and as of now the ants are all gone.

We had an ant problem in the kitchen . I called and they came out within 30 min. because they had a cancellation. Santiago came out and explained all about ants and what and where he would spray and how long to stay away from the sprayed areas. He then sprayed the inside and outside and under the house. I used Killo last summer as well for the same problem and was very satisfied both times. They were very responsive , professional and reasonably priced.

We had a terrible flea infestation in our lawn. Both of our pets are on flea preventative and continued to get fleas. Our vet recommended having both the house and yard sprayed at the same time. This service eliminated our flea problem. We and our pets are very pleased with the outcome.

They were okay. We used them briefly so I wouldn't recommend them. They were nice exterminators and stuff. It's just, for what we did and price-wise, we went somewhere else. Their pricing was just like everybody else.

They were prompt and courteous. I would use them again.

They are prompt and professional. I can't evaluate their price as I haven't checked their competitors, but the many years that they have been in business in Charlotte should speak to that. I highly recommend.

Service was good and reasonably priced. Arrived within 15 mins after scheduled appt time. Also, called me when termite inspection complete to let me know I had a leak under the house that I might want to have checked. Really appreciate that part of the service the most. Thanks Killo.

Punctual. Did annual termite inspection. Serviceman polite and informative. Will use again next year.

They were professional and had a reasonable price, but the treatment wasn't effective. The gentleman did offer to apply a second treatment, but it wasn't pet friendly. Thus, I decided against a second treatment and cancelled my service with them.

The actual service was good. Serviceman was prompt and performed service requested. The problem I have with the company is that they would not come out again and do the followup visit. The office girl did not want to send the serviceman out to respray in 30 days. The 30 days was the time the serviceman specified that I needed another visit to exterminate any remaining bugs. The office would not send out the serviceman to respray. I was willing to pay for that second visit but could not convince the girl to send out the serviceman. I am getting calls from them now, 2 months later. They want to send someone out now!! Forget it they are not dependable.

He came early and did a thorough job. I was happy with result not price. 4 weeks they called for followups but tried to talk to me out of it. Said I didn't need it. I cancelled service.

They came out and were on time, courteous and professional. They did not find any problems and I have no complaints!
