Description of Work: Killo had set up an appointment for 8/2/2011 to come out and completly do inside and outside of my house. Killo had a cancelation and called wanting to know if they could come out at an earlier date 7/28/2011. Person that came out was very nice and walked me thru as he worked on the inside of the house. He was very informative and explained everything to me. He also did the crawl space under my house. I used the coupon for the $10.00 off which was nice think more companies should use coupons more in todays economy. The man stated he could come back every quater and do the outside and to make sure i wasnt haveing any more ant and spider problems. To this date 8/4/11 havent seen but two bugs and that is a treat in its self, to have the assurance of knowing NO MORE BUGS.

Description of Work: Came to spray for ants in kitchen. Brandon was very nice , polite, and professional. He noted some carpenter bees and sprayed for them also. Unfortunately, a week later I had ants in my pantry. Since I had decided to purchase the service package, this call was free (otherwise would have been 65 service call even though was just sprayed) Matthew arrived within 1 hour of my call and was also friendly, polite and professional. He suspected a nest was stirred up and drove them inside..

The past four years, I have paid them immediately upon receipt of the renewal contract. This year it was $244.00 for inspection and spraying. They cash my check on August 3rd and then I wait for them to call me to set up a time. On August 27th, because I had not heard from them, I wrote them a letter. Today is Sept. 1st and I still have not heard from them. During the past four year, I have had to call them to beg them to come and provide the service that I have paid them for. Something is going on with this company. Watch out in your dealing with tem.
