He was very professional, polite, on time, didn't try to rip us off or make us sign anything. Just gave us options for what could be done. They told us ahead of time that it would be $60. If we wanted further inspections another person would come out, since he was mostly a termite person. The price was what they said it would be. I certainly think this company is quite good.

The exterminator called and asked if he could come earlier than discussed. This worked fine for us. He finished his job and we had a report by the next day. Second time I've used them and they are always prompt and professional.

They were very helpful with explaining exactly what they would do and answering my questions, as well as letting me know what to expect and how much it would cost. The technician called to say he was stuck in traffic and would be a little late, which I appreciated. However, he actually arrived within the hour time that was scheduled. He explained what he would be doing and was very professional.

Drew is the representative assigned to our house, and we will connect with him for all of our future needs and services. I like that we have one representative and don't have to worry about dealing with too many different people. Drew calls us to set up an appointment each quarter when the time has come. It saves us the hassle of trying to remember when our next service will be needed.

I only use Floyd because he is very good. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Its like old-fashioned customer service with them.

Everything went as expected with no problems or surprises. We have used them for years and they have consistantly performed well for us.

They do an excellent job, show up on time and get everything done quickly. They're not the cheapest but the best!

Excellent. We called and they were out the next day, and got rid of the little devils in one go. They were raining out of the sky. Too bad there's not an ''A+'' for responsiveness! Very professional and highly effective. Would use again.

They charged me $85.00 for the termite inspection. They main reason I called them was for ants and spiders. The technician told me to wait at least two weeks for the chemical to take care of the problem. I waited three weeks and my pest problems were not eliminated. They told me they would come back out to retreat for $100. I took them up on their offer and still my pest problems still here. Either Killo is using inferior products or I have immortal pests. I am thoroughly disappointed. I got there name from Angie's List and I must say that they are unworthy. Also in their termite inspection write up it was worded like a disclaimer.

I recently built a new house in a new subdivision and developed a cricket problem. I was getting 8-10 crickets in my house each night - not a big deal, but annoying - and then I did some research and found out crickets eat everything! I immediately called Killo and discussed the problem. They scheduled an appointment to come out and spray. On the day of the appointment the technician actually arrived early. He explained what he was going to do, what I needed to do (leave the spray down for 2 weeks) and what the treatment would do. He said to give it 14 days to work, but I saw immediate results and within 48 hours had no more crickets! The technician set me up on a quarterly plan where he will come back and treat the outside of the house. I was extremely pleased with the results and very happy with both the company's and the technician.

My initial phone call was handled in a courteous and professional manner with a follow-up call when the exterminator arrived onsite since I could not be at home. They had a very prompt response time for the service.

They were very thorough, and the price was good and the report was timely.

Our technician, Joey Moody, was so extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and thorough. He even spotted a leak in our pipes while under our house for the termite inspection. Who knows how long until we would have found it. I will use Killo for all my extermination and pest control needs.

They had a very knowledgeable staff. Neither the phone staff nor the technicians have ever tried to sell me on more service than I needed. They were very willing to give advice over the phone on how to handle minor problems.

The man showed up a few minutes early which was nice surprise. Very polite and did job quickly.

Very good experience. Truck and equipment looked well maintained. Tech explained what he was going to do and made sure all my questions were answered. They cost a bit more than others, but I believe their worth it.

I had a great experience. The company sent someone on short notice and he was very polite. He did a thorough inspection, and let me know that there was evidence of previous termite infestation, but that it had been treated satisfactorily. Everything was fine this time, and he didn't try to sell me on any further treatments. The reasonable price was definitely worth my peace of mind!

Just as advertised. Very nice and polite. Carpenter Bees, included spraying area all around the outside of the house (one story hip roof, approx 1700 sq ft) near the fascia boards. Termite Inspection. Easy. Also gave advice on some developing rot and suggestions to move all brush/vines/etc. away from contact with the home exterior.

I think that they have done a very good job. They are responsive, punctual, did the job right and pricing is comparable.

They will have to come back to treat a small area. The price that was quoted for treatment for that small area was reasonable.

Technician was very personable, and knowledgeable.

They said that they do it on a quarterly basis. I went ahead & signed the contract with them for a year. Since they left, we've had roaches & ants everywhere. When I called them, they said it would be $140 more, because I only paid for outside work. I then spoke to the owner & decided to cancel the service.

All Killo is interested in is scaring homeowners into unnecessary services. I've had termites and I know what is involved in their detection and extermination. Because this is my first house with a crawlspace instead of a slab I wanted to pay someone to crawl around and do the inspection for me. I am perfectly capable of looking for termites in and around the garage slab - *I* detected termites in my first house, not a professional. Killo refused to inspect the crawlspace alone, spoke to me in a very condescending fashion and resorted to scare tactics. At one point Killo stated babbling about drilling holes in my slab as part of a sales/scare tactic. Talk about an unnecessary service!!! Killo preys on the uninformed. I will never use them or recommend Killo.
