They are very responsive. I have used them before and they always do what they say they are going to do and are very pleasant to work with. I think that they are reasonably priced.

He calls me and tells me when he will be here. He shows up when he says he is coming. I've used them for over 20 years for the termite inspection. The above cost is per quarter.

Tech came as scheduled. Accepted Angie's List coupon without hesitation. Offered quarterly pest control service for $80.00 per visit; no high pressure tactics. I see dead insects; good job. If you have an indoor cat and they spray inside, you have to contain the cat for 2 hours.

I was able to make an appointment within two days of calling the office. The technician arrived towards the end, but within the one hour time window I was given to be available. We haven't had our house exterminated in 2 years so we had to have it sprayed twice (increased the cost). Bugs are now completely gone. Jason was very pleasant and easy to work with. We are now on a quarterly exterminating plan which only costs $90 per treatment and they only have to spray the outside of the house which is great because of dogs and children.

The woman that answered my call was most professional. She passed my message on and I received a return call very shortly. The gentleman told me when he would come out, he was here on time and got the job done.

It went great! Joey checked under the crawl space and around the house. He did not find any termites. It was carpenter ants, all of which appeared to be dead. He found no damage other than what the carpenters had already removed. He said the house had been treated in the past for termites. He did not push for a termite contract. He told me to just call back in a year for another inspection.

Arrived during time frame given. Inspected crawl space and perimeter of house for termites. Determined that everything looked good. Sprayed inside house and outside for other pests-ants-spiders. Whole process took 45-50 mins. Very professional, quick and courteous.

I had been told that someone would show up between ten am. and twelve pm. the inspector showed up just before ten o'clock. He explained what he was going to do and then did it. When he came back in the house he said there was no sign of termites, wood borers, etc. and showed me on paper the places he had been able to go and what he'd found. He was not able to go under the partially-floored portion of the garage that had been made into a room, but said he had found no outer signs of termites. He said that the house had been treated before, and he could tell because of holes drilled and a trench around the perimeter under the house. He gave me copies of my report and a flier for their quarterly pest control service in case I ever wanted that. Then he left. Also, he said it was good to have an inspection at least once a year. I was of course relieved that nothing was found.

After a call, they came the next day. They had to return because the clover mites came back. They charged us half for the second visit.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and thorough and identified we had an ant problem, not a termite problem. We did not need a professional treatment and were advised how to proceed to deal with the problem ourselves.

Job 1: The technician was prompt, professional, and polite. He gave me advice as to how to protect my dogs from the chemicals. He suggested a contract for quarterly service, which I considered. However, my main concern was preventing termite damage, and the technician explained that the pests killed by the chemicals did not include termites so I decided not to sign up. Job 2: This company does good work. I thought they would spray to prevent termites. They told me they do an initial job of spraying for all pests and they then check for termites to make sure they are not there. That is what they do. I was pleased with their services though and although I cant currently remember what I paid for their services; I do remember feeling like I was reasonably charged for the services rendered.

Did a good job. Were thorough and fast.
