Not so great after a few years of service. Where they originally called to confirm a day and time to come for regular applications, after a while they stopped calling and just showed up at the door. From there they stopped even announcing themselves - Eventually, I'd just receive a hand written invoice quarterly in my mailbox that they showed up and did an application. But the thing is that *I'm not sure when/if they were really spraying or not*. The level of bugs in and around my house started slowly increasing, but I wasn't able to verify if they sprayed or not because I didn't know when they were coming, and wasn't there to watch. Even worse, there were *multiple* times that I found an invoice dropped in my mailbox on a day that we were home the whole day - but we somehow never noticed them spraying around our yard, and our (very protective) dog didn't alert us to them?? After cockroaches literally started falling from the ceiling, and one next to my face waking me up one night, I decided it was time for a change. I can't recommend their service any more. I left my original post below from years ago, to show how much the service changed over the years. I found a new service through Angie's List that offers more (and yet costs a little less), and will not be looking to switch back regardless of any apologies or incentives. --- Original Post from years ago: --- I originally had a pest problem; ticks, roaches, and spiders. The ticks were affecting my dog, so I called and they came out right away. The representative was very friendly, informative and got rid of the problem immediately. They even gave me a discount because I found them on Angie's List. Now I've signed up for a quarterly plan with them to keep the problems away, and they do everything without me even needing to be here, simply calling before they come to confirm everything. I would definitely recommend Killo if you have a pest problem.

I appreciate that they always call ahead of time to let us know when they are coming. They will take care of any issues we have regarding the exterior spray at no extra charge. We have been very satisfied with the services we have received from them.

Although no service was performed, I certainly would use their services if they would travel 40 miles to my residence.

We use Killo every 3 months for pest control. When the bugs reappeared after only 1.5 months, Killo came back out and sprayed w/o charge. They stand behind their work.

They were on time and did a good job. I would use them again if I had to.

The inspection went just fine it was really quick and easy. The technician referred me to a pest control company, which I ended up not using, and when he came out he was on time and whatever he did worked out just fine.

They did a good job. They arrived on time and were very easy to work with. They were kind and polite. For the most part they did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

I called the company to have them help resolve an ant problem I was having in the kitchen and bathroom areas of my home. They came out to spray (both in and around the home) and told me to wait at least 2 weeks to make sure that the treatment had the opportunity to reach all of the areas of the house. I went away on vacation and came back to still more ants in the house. I called them to set up an appointment. The woman said someone would be out to spray the outside of the house before the end of the week (I had called on a Tuesday). More than a week later still no one had come out and no one had called. I then had to call again and arrange another appointment. They came out again to spray, and told me to wait for 2 weeks before calling them again. They did not charge me for having to come out again. Once again they sprayed, and once again I had ants. I called them again and asked to have them come out. Having a busy work schedule, the woman on the phone explained that she would have one of the exterminators call me to set up an appointment. This never happened and still has not. And, I still have problems with the ants. I do not understand how they need to come out and spray the same areas again and again. Does the solution they use not work? Or are they not actually spraying properly? In either case, it is a major inconvenience as they are using a spray that animals cannot be around until it is completely dry. I have to rearrange my schedule for them to come and spray, and I still have ants. I have a service contract with them and their service has been horrible, to say the least.

Service tech was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Over time we have completely eradicated our indoor ant issues, still need to give treatment outdoors but it always works right away. Very happy with service.

I was having trouble keeping up with the fire ant mounds with the product that I was using. I was very satisfied with their work. They came to my house on time. They did what they said that they were going to do.

Technician arrived when expected and thoroughly treated the interior and exterior. He offered a service contract, but did not press the issue when we declined. He explained what to expect following treatment. The insect problem was resolved.

Both technicians arrived at the house very promptly. They were very courteous and did a great job. I would use this company again any time.

We are alway pleased with the service we get from them. I never see any pests around our home. They are very professional and are good about scheduling the best time for them to come out.

They were very polite. They were very prompt in showing up on time. They were very good all away around. I was very impressed how the gentleman that had came out handled the spraying and chemicals in our home.

Ricky came out and performed an exterior treatment. He took his time and work by far EXCEEDED our expectations. I expect to have a long term relationship with this company.

They came out and did a full inspection. They were on time and very nice. They went through the house and took care of the problem. We found out it was just ants, not termites. They said if we did see any additional ants, they would come out and take care of that for half the charge within the first month. We were pleased overall.

Everything went great. It remains to be seen how the bug situation goes but so far, so good. The gentleman who came out was quick and unobtrusive. He performed a site inspection, informed us of things we could do to limit bugs in the future, gave a detailed termite report (including moisture levels) and was very pleasant to work with.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they got here when they said they were going to. We have been very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out immediately and took care of it for me. They didn't make me do anything with a contract other than consider it. They put traps/bait boxes done for me. They were here within an hour.

They are very personable and take an interest in my property and whether or not it is taken care of. I don't always have issues when they visit but when there are problems they are very good about getting it taken care of.

They were great from the initial phone call and all. They showed up on time and they did great. They seemed professional and they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them and hire them again as well.

Went very well. I called and thought it may take a week to get someone out, but they said they could have a tech out the next day. Tristan was right on time and went straight to work looking at what I found and crawling under the house, with no hesitation. The house was clear and he even took a moisture reading. They did charge an extra $20 for travel costs, but I used the Angie's List coupon and took $10 off. I will use them again and already told my neighbor about Killo.

They came out and made two separate visits at my request to protect my pet from exposure. They were very accommodating and did a good job.

Called to get started on regular service started, was promised a call back by technician that day, but never heard from them. A very BAD first impression.

They are professional and clean they are sure to clean up before they leave and they are punctual. They are good at returning our phone calls. We are currently using them and would recommend them.
