They have a good reputation here in town. They are very thorough and I will continue to use them.

The exterminator arrived on time, answered all my questions about bees since my 2 young children were severely stung a few days before. He advised me to keep the children away from the nest for 48 hours and then they should be gone, and he was right. We haven't seen a bee since! I feel like I got more than my money's worth if it keeps my children safe from any more bees!!

We originally contacted Killo because of ants in the kitchen. They responded promptly and took care of the problem. We were so pleased (and tired of playing exterminator ourselves) that we started regular visits to keep the pests at bay and haven't had any problems since.

They did an excellent job. They also provided all the details of what chemical they would be using.

They were very professional and did a really good job. The guys who came out were reliable. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They called in advance to set up an appointment, so I am very happy with them. I am very satisfied with their service.

They come over once in every 3 months. They spray both inside and outside my house. They are very reliable and always show up whenever I call them. They have always done a good job.

Crew did a great job. The preventative termite estimate that they gave me was a little expensive so we opted not to go with it.

Mediocre. The service person (Matt) missed his scheduled appointment for the inspection. He was not responsive to my questions, and I had to call him to ask for follow-up every time. He was a very nice guy, though, and appears to have done a good job. I just cannot give the experience an "A" as so many others have done. There has been absolutely no follow-up. Will they call me, or should I call them? He came and went (I couldn't stay home while he was there on the second day - he had to come back due to a scheduling conflict). The lady at the switchboard was always very nice and helpful.

They did a very good job. The gentleman who came out on time and did everything that he was supposed too. I was pleased with their service.

We established with them when we moved into the area. They have done a good job for us, so we just stay with them. They are courteous and the quality of service is very good. The annual inspection normally takes care of everything, so we rarely need to call them at other times.

Service technician arrived punctually. He was courteous and respectful, and provided us with information regarding future treatment visits.

This company is excellent. I've been using their services for years. They charge less than most companies and treat for more critters than other companies -- including insects and mice in their standard contract. After a scheduled treatment, I called back for additional treatments, and they came out that day -- no charge. The guy who came out to the house was named Joey M. He did a really good job.

They arrive at the scheduled time,they did a thorough inspection, they also did a first service spraying for termites.I was satisfied enough to take the service for a year. They come out every three months.

The man who came explained clearly what he was going to do, he did it, explained what to look for in the future and the company's policy about return visits if necessary. We had a good conversation.

My home was built in 1998 at which time a termite barrier was installed by another pest control company. I was told by the other company that the barrier had a maximum life span of 10 years then it would need to be reinstalled. After receiving widely ranging estimates from other companies, I called Killo since the company had so many positive reviews in Angie's List. The customer service person was extremely helpful and recommended that I have a termite inspection vs. a full termite barrier. She pointed out that the termite barrier doesn't lose effectiveness right after the end of ten years. Since termites move slowly from the ground to the house, the technicians would be able to catch an infestation with a yearly inspection. If they did spot a problem, then they would recommend a new treatment. The company didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need - a refreshing change from the company's competitors.

They treat inside and out. If you have issues in between the scheduled maintenance they will come out to spray. There was one time that they did not come for the scheduled maintenance and we had to call. I do think that overall they do a good job.

Killo Exterminating Co has done a really good job. They have gotten rid of mice in our garage and sprayed a crawl space with a special spray. I have seen them once or twice but most of the time the come when I am not home and leave a bill in the door. I will continue to use them in the future.

They have not been any problems. The general continuity of the service that they provide is wonderful. They are a courteous and kind company that deserves to be recommended.

They responded pretty quickly to our phone call. We have not seen any bugs since they came out, so they did a good job. I have set up a quarterly contract with them.

We had a lot of bugs in the house, apparently getting in through expansion joints in the exterior wall to escape the colder weather. The contractor showed up on time and sprayed inside and out. I was pleased with his knowledge and professionalism so I purchased the quarterly service for $80.00 per visit. We have not seen any bugs since then.

We get the same technician every time which makes it nice. He is punctual, polite and professional. If we are not home they will mail a receipt of what they found and sprayed for.

It took a couple weeks to get them out but they arrived on time and did a very good job. So far, it looks like they were able to correct the problem.

Good. Technician always calls ahead of time to inform us when they will be applying the treatments.
