Description of Work: AFTER MANY 'FREE' TERMITE INSPECTIONS AND THE ASSOCIATED SALES PITCHES FOR YEARLY CONTRACTS AND BAITING SYSTEMS FOR THE TERMITES THAT ALL AGREE I DON'T HAVE I PAID KILLO TO INSPECT MY HOUSE. ONCE AGAIN, NO TERMITE ACTIVITY WAS FOUND BUT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SELL ME 'PREVENTION' THE INSPECTOR SIMPLY RECOMMENDED A YEARLY INSPECTION AND TREATMENT ONLY WHEN AND IF AN INFESTATION IS FOUND.
