Description of Work: Kevin installed landscape lighting as well as did some landscaping (shrubs) in the front of the house. His work is first rate. He did work for us years ago on a drainage issue in our old home that he fixed perfectly. He punctual, a terrifc guy and gives it to you straight; no BS. I recommend him highly. His work is outstanding.

Description of Work: Kevin James Landscaping installed two French drains on my property, as well as redoing the landscaping of an island in my front yard, and an area in my side yard. It was a large project that they handled quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: I had a good recommendation from a colleague so I wanted to give Kevin a try. For essentially the same product his price was 50% to 100% higher than the other estimates I had received. I chatted with him on the phone before he arrived and he was clear that I was probably not the "right" customer for him, since I already had a landscaping plan from another company. I said I wouldn't mind paying for another plan since he might bring different ideas, so he decided to come over. He did not do a plan, but he did give me an outlandish price. Clearly he didn't want the job, but he didn't want to tell me that. While I gave him an "A" for professionalism, I did that because he did show up, he was on time, and it appeared that he knew what he was talking about.

Description of Work: Kevin James Landscaping installed a new front walk - all Antique brick. All new bushes and flowers, including a new Cheery Tree,, Japanese maple and new sod in places within the front and back yard. Very good work. Kevin checked in on the crew consistently and delivered what was promised. I would recommend Kevin to anyone I know. Note* I gave him a GOOD rating(B) for Price as it was expensive but it was Fair. It was worth every penny and you get what you pay for. He does not cut corners. If you're looking for someone to save you a ton of money for the same job beware. Save your money and pay a professional that will do it right the first time. Call Kevin!

Description of Work: EXTENDED BEAUTIFULLY A FRONT YARD RAISED BED MARKING OUR PROPERTY LINE WITH GREAT LINES AND CURVES. ALSO ADDED BEAUTIFUL PLANTS AND TREES TO FINISH OFF THE LOOK. MOVED SOME OVERSIZED PLANTS FROM THE FRONT FOUNDATION AND REPLACED WITH YULETIDE SASANQUA CAMELLIAS. THE OVERSIZED PLANTS WERE MOVED TO A BACKYARD LOCATION AND ARE STILL ALIVE AND DOING WELL. WE HAD MUCH DAMAGE FROM THE ICE STORM, SO WE HAD NUMEROUS TREES AND SHRUBS PRUNED, SHAPED, AND STAKED. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! WE HIRED THEM AGAIN AND THEY INSTALLED A FRENCH DRAIN, CATCH BASINS, PINE NEEDLED OUR PROPERTY, PRUNED RIVER BIRCHES, CREATED POSITIVE DRAINAGE UNDER OUR DECK, AND INSTALLED A DRY CREEK BED
