I called Affordable Glass and they set up an appointment for an estimate within a day or so of my call. The technician showed up right on time and measured the two window with broken glass that needed to be replaced. Later that afternoon, the office called me with an estimate which I accepted. They ordered my glass - took about a week to get - and scheduled the installation the following week. Again the technician was right on time and he quickly fixed both windows. He was very professional, friendly and best of all, he loved my dogs and they him! Very good experience, I would definitely use them again.

I selected three Angies List suppliers and got estimates to replace the glass in two large windows that had cracks. Affordable Glass arrived on time to take measurements and offered a competitive price. They delivered an emailed written estimate very quickly and professionally. (One other was verbal and the highest was handwritten on a scrap of paper.) I placed the order. It took a couple of days longer than expected to get the glass, but once it was in, we scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time to do the installation. They cleaned the window area and installed the glass and caulked the windows. They look great and the house and exterior were left clean. Everyone I spoke to, from the office staff to the estimator to the installers, was professional and friendly. I would use them again.

They were prompt and professional. They didn't cause any excessive damage to the sheetrock. We are pleased with their work.

The shelves were ready for pickup within a few days--earlier than promised at the time of the order. This was not a complex job, but it was done professionally.

I have done business with Affordable Glass for almost twenty years however, they now have another owner. I contacted them about my ten year warranty on the glass which states that a $65 service charge will apply. The technician came and meaured the windows, a large single pane in the bedroom and a bay window with several panes. About two days later I received a estiimate for $550. They charge me for 11 "windows", one for the bedroom and ten for the ten panes in the bay window. They gave me a discount at $55 instead of the $65. Nothing in the waranty specifies "panes" only units or windows. I consider the bay window a single unit regardless of the number of panes." I talked to the representative but she was unable do to anything. The owner called me the next day and said that I was getting a good deal. I asked if he would honor the previous owner's warranty at $65 but he was non committal. We did not resolve the issue.

I was satisfied with the experience; they did a nice job. Communication was not the best as I had to follow up after not hearing from the company in the estimated time. I gave them a few extra days, and the response when I told them what I was calling about was "uh oh" which led me to think they'd either lost the piece or had missed it and not worked on it. Turned out the table was ready, so I'm not sure what the comment was about. I paid for return delivery on the item ($45 for a less-than-two-mile delivery) which I thought was steep, but it was easier than asking someone to help me get it home. The delivery guys were punctual, polite and very careful with the piece. Bottom line: I got what I needed, and the people were pleasant. I would use them again.

I called to get them to measure for an estimate. They gave me a time frame and were here within that time. I received an estimate in a timely fashion and when I called back to schedule the service, they were able to take my deposit over the phone and schedule the exact design/measurements within a couple of days. I was told that it would take 7-10 days to get the glass and it was delivered on schedule. Everyone was very professional, helpful and punctual. The glass looks wonderful!

I called them about the broken window. They told me to bring it in and the it would be repaired in about 30 minutes. It went very smoothly. I will definitely use them for future jobs and shower doors.

I contacted Affordable Glass to get a quote for 4 pieces of glass for a DIY shelving project (very small and simple order). I was provided a quote immediately (including the Angie's list coupon/discount). I checked several other vendors and Affordable glass had the best price (some were almost twice as much). I was told 4-5 days for the glass and paid over the phone. They called me 3 days later and I went by the store and picked up the glass with no waiting and friendly service. The glass was exactly the size I requested and is going to look great.

I ordered over the telephone, a piece of glass to cover a wood desk top. I gave the measurements and described the beveled edge I wanted. I worked with Colleen in their office and relied on her recommendation as to glass thickness. Her time estimate of when the glass would be ready was accurate. We had to go back and forth on the delivery time, and that worked out. The fellow who delivered it (don't recall his name) was professional and careful with the installation. The measurements and bevel are perfect. I was uncertain about doing this over the tele, but it worked!

I first found this business when I wanted to convert an ottoman into a side table and needed a glass top for it. Then had ordered some online shelves that came broken twice before being usable. I took the larger pieces from the broken shipments and they finished them off so that I could use them, too. FInally, a decorative mirror fell off of the wall in my office over the weekend and part of the glass framing had broken off. They were able to repaint the background and fix the broken areas. While it was not an exact match, you have to look very hard to tell where the repair was made. I have never been disapointed with the work and options in this family-owned business. I highly recommend them to any one.

Excellent. Doors look great. They were very helpful in showing various glass styles (waterfall, seeded, ribbed, clear) that were available. Work was completed in about 1 week.

Every aspect of the experience was excellent, from the first phone call to the completion of the job. The people are professional and definitely know what they're doing. They came out and went over the windows with me, and provided an estimate which was exactly what they ended up charging. When they came back, they were again very professional and did an excellent job. We used Affordable Glass once in the past, and were equally happy with that job.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WAS REFERRED TO THEM BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR OF OUR BATHROOM PROJECT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE PLACING OF THE ITEM IN THE CAR FOR ME WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP. I WAS THANKFUL THAT ANNIE SUGGESTED ORDERING A LARGER BEVEL THAN I HAD ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR AS I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE BEEN UNHAPPY IF THE TRIM HAD COVERED UP THE BEVEL. I FOUND THEM TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE, PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND RELIABLE. I'M A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY, AND THE MIRROR IS BEAUTIFUL.
