Excellent product and installation of larger gutters. Price was reasonable and fair. Company appears to stay very busy and the follow-up gutter adjustments took a while for them to come back and complete.

Jumbo Gutter Co. replaced gutters on my 2 story house along the rear and right side of house. Reattached gutter on the left side of the house. Installed gutter was custom made on the job site. Total time for removal and installation was about 90 minutes. For the estimate, an onsite estimate was given within 24 hours. The actual work was performed within one week of hiring. Very satisfied with results.

It went very well .. they were prompt with their return phone calls, came on time and were very nice. Worked around my schedule and were easy to work with. They came out as promised and did a great job! Would definitely recommend them.

They replaced all my gutters with new 6" gutters. They arrived on time, set up shop, tore off the old gutters and disposed of them, did a few extra things I asked of them, and finished in the same day. Gutters look great. Professional quality job and a fair price. Easy to work with.

They are the ones who redid our gutters after Priority I did them all croppy. They came out give me a quote and did the work and got it done. I think they schedule it for one day the assessment and they showed up like – they have scheduling conflict and didn’t make it a day later so. They didn’t show up for the quote but I mean they came the next day or two days later. The service cost was about $645. For punctuality, I got to give them a “B” on that one just because the day they were scheduled to come out for me about the quote they really didn’t call or anything. They just showed up the next day and was like I’m sorry. Punctuality is very important to me. If I say I will be there at 5 I am there at 4:45. If I am late I will call you like half an hour before to let you know I am late. I have nothing like that. I just appreciate people who say going to do something and get it done right on time.

Although it took a while for the work to be performed, I understand why. We've had a ton of rain in the fall here in Denver so it's to be expected. Susan was overall responsive. I did have to call a couple of times to check status of my install date but no harm no fould. The team was here and gone within 90 minutes. They cleaned and installed 375 feet of gutters and guards.

They came on time, did a good service and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Jumbo Gutter did great work for us. We recently bought a small, older home that had no gutters, and we'd begun to see some evidence that we needed them, pronto. Jumbo's prices were competitive for the job involved, and dealing with them on the phone and when they came out to give us an estimate made us feel very confident about doing allowing them to do the work. It put us at ease that we were dealing with a small, family company. Susan, who provides the estimates and makes the appointments, was wonderfully patient in accommodating our busy schedules. When Appointment Day arrived (we had to reschedule once, after we'd originally scheduled for a day that was the coldest/windiest day in 5 years), the work was done in a professional and expeditious manner. My fiancee and I were amazed at how spot-on they were at predicting how long the job would take. As for the actual gutters, everything is in working order and appears nice and flush. Limiting our water exposure to the facade of the house probably added years to our home, and Jumbo Gutter made the installation experience so much more pleasant than it could have been... I highly recommend them.

Susan returned the voicemail promptly and scheduled a meeting the following day which was Christmas eve. She said she would get me the estimate after Christmas, which was not a problem. I heard nothing from them. I did a follow-up call 1/7/14 and connected with Susan who told me she would call me right back. 1/9 and still no estimate or return call

The Jumbo Gutter technicians showed up when they said they would, completed the work quickly, cleaned up and left. I found one small issue with an elbow pointed in the wrong direction and asked that they fix it and they quickly responded and let me know they would have someone out to replace it as soon as the weather clears. I liked working with Susan and I would definitely recommend using Jumbo Gutters!

We had a complaint-free experience with Jumbo Gutter. Susan came out not once, but three times to provide us samples of the gutter colors and was very gracious each time. Jumbo was extremely easy to work with, very prompt in their responses and on-time for installation. They were very careful not to install in windy weather and Bill and his crew got the gutters up in one day and they look fantastic. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering gutters. They were also very price competitive and their product is excellent. Thanks to Susan and Bill for a job well done!

They are a small family owned business. They were on time and did a great job. I was very pleased with the service.

They were great, on time, on budget and it looks great. Then when were were doing the finish work on our fixer upper, they cheerefully came back out and took the gutters back off. We did a bit of repair underneath and fresh paint, and they came back out and put them back on. The second round wasn't free, of course, but not like new biz either. I would definitely recommend them to one and all.

Susan came and gave us a quote. We agreed on the price, and made an appointment for installation. They were backed up because of rain so we agreed to have installed on weekend. We were very impressed with the finished product. We would highly recommend Jumbo Gutter!

Company's contact person was prompt to call back after I left a request for estimate on company's voicemail. They came to my house within 4 days to do estimate and left the estimate write up upon leaving. I didn't have to wait at all for the quote. They were good about keeping up with me regarding the painting company's progress and rain dates. (We had a very rainy summer this year.) They were able to remove the guttering the day before painting started and they came back to put up new guttering 3 days after painting was completed. Perfect timing! The workmanship and professionalism was wonderful.. They did both removal and placement in an afternoon. They got right to work, did the job , and cleaned up. I hardly knew they were there! We love the look of the new gutters and they have handled all of the downpours we have had since they went up. We would definately use their services again when needed.

They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Old gutters were removed and new gutters installed in a very professional manner. I will use their services again. Susan followed up later in the day to make sure I was satisfied.

They completed the work exactly as promised and as expected. I have been using Susan for several years. They have completed multiple installations for me on a wide variety of homes and always give me a great price. Their installations are always as close to perfect as you can expect and they pay special attention to details such as colors, location of downspouts and drainage. I could not be happier with their service. Susan is generally prompt on returning calls and emails and she is always up front with her schedule. As a real estate investor, I understand that contractors that do the best work for the best price are generally very busy and, yes, sometimes it does take a few days to get an estimate from Susan, but never more than a week. I am willing to wait for her since I know the product I get. Something that I can be proud to offer to a potential home buyer. And please be patient and don't be afraid to make follow up calls - she is busy for a reason. I was a little disturbed by the F ratings I saw this morning since I know how Susan operates first hand. I guarantee if she forgot to call anyone it was not on purpose.

Everything went perfectly. I had a clogged underground drain that could not be unclogged. Jumbo gutter came out promptly and gave me estimate to replace the section of gutter on the back of my garage, remove the old downspout, and run a new downspout in a different location. The quote was $200 which seemed very fair. They came back as scheduled and on time. Very nice, courteous, and knowledgable crew. I would definitely recommend them, and I would use them again. After a postponement due to an equipment problem on their part (about which they kept me informed), they were timely and did a superb job. Even retrieved an object that we told them was stuck in the upstairs gutter. Also stayed completely off of our newly seeded lawn, as we requested. Installed an improvement over the previous gutter arrangement, without being asked: They extended the downspout from the second story all the way down to the ground instead of having it dump onto the porch roof, which often caused an overflow of porch gutters in heavy downpours. Invoice was left under door mat as I had requested. I gave a "B" for responsiveness because a phone call was not returned at one point, but anyone can miss a phone message, so no big deal - I just called them back myself and they were apologetic and cooperative.

Nothing ever happened. They came and provided the quote. I signed on the spot and they were to return in a couple of weeks "due to backlog" to complete the job. That was July 13. They never returned or followed up with a phone cal. By the end of August I called and left a message for an update. It's September 16 and still no return call.

They were extremely professional and did a wonderful job! We are tough customers and we give them an A+ for service, customer service and a job well done. We have had them cleaned before and had problems afterwards. But we know they did an excellent job, because we have had an extremely rainy season and our gutters are still working great. The Jumbo Gutter Co. is a family-owned business that provides "quality roof drainage products and superior installation". Mrs. Susan Bergeman acts as the initial customer interface for Jumbo Gutter. Our initial contact with Susan was on Thursday, July 25, 2013 by phone and a follow-on meeting was set up at our home on Monday, July 29, 2013. Upon arrival at our house Susan immediately proceeded to do detailed measurements and a close examination of our gutters and downspouts. Part of this examination included a gutter problem that we had recently developed on the back face of the house. There a section of gutter had come loose at the start of our recent rainy season. After Susan completed the measurements and the examination, we met with her inside and discussed the work that had to be done. She proposed a repair solution for the dangling gutter section in the back as the only gutter work that was necessary; we would keep all the present gutters on the house. Since our downspouts were undersized by today's standards (our home is more than 40 years old), she also proposed replacement of these with new downspouts having twice the cross-sectional area which would permit water removal at twice the rate of our present undersized downspouts. And, finally, she showed us several samples of gutter coverings that we could consider. My wife and I had no problem choosing one sample which we liked and felt would be effective.In this manner, the work effort was completely defined in a very short time. With total efficiency, Susan provided us with the costs of the hardware required to complete the effort. In the process of getting this far, Susan had managed to to answer all our concerns. We agreed on a contract covering all work to be done. The price, about $1,044, was very reasonable for the work effort. Inclement weather prevented the work from being started until Friday, August 16, 2013. Work was begun and stopped within an hour due to the arrival of more rain. Work was completed on Wednesday, August 21, 2013.Susan's husband, Bill, and son, Bret, are responsible for doing the actual gutter and downspout installation, repair and maintenance. They do their work efficiently, cleanly and neatly and they work well together; each seems totally aware of what the other is going to do. As far as we can see now, the work done gave us, indeed, "a quality roof drainage product based on quality installation". The last words Bill said as he drove off were, "Call us if you have a problem". The next day Susan called to see how everything was and the first words she said were, "Is everything OK?" That expression of concern was very much appreciated by this customer. The basis for the grades we gave their efforts may now be explained this way: Overall experience: Their work and product reflected a high level of experience; Bill and Bret always set up their ladders and tools in such a fashion that it it reflected a level of understanding of the task(s) to be next; and They all communicated well with us and with each other. 1. Price: It was a reasonable price for the work well done. 2. Quality of their work: Bill and Bret spent time to make sure that the physical appearance of their efforts was visibly obvious. 3. Responsiveness: All our concerns and questions were answered as they arose. 4. Punctuality: Susan called us immediately when she had to deal with a time conflict to ask if she could arrive a few minutes late (and she arrived exactly when she predicted). When work got rained out, they got back to the work as quickly as they could to finish the job. 5. Professionalism: The customer's desires and needs were made to seem paramount. All operations were done in the most efficient (cost-effective way), and their liability coverage and work warranty are completely spelled out on their website.

I was very, very satisfied with their service. They followed up with me via phone to make sure everything went smoothly and to call back if I needed further assistance. They were punctual and very helpful!
