It didn't, they are totally non responsive to phone messages and emails. I had them install screens on my gutters 5 years ago. Now theres all kind to debre stuck in the screens. Sue did come out to the house to review after 3 calls and 3 messages. She said they would be out ....that was 4 weeks ago. Personally, I thinks she is not interested in a gutter cleaning job because it looks to be a "pain in the ***" type of a job. Do yourself a favor find someone else for the gutter work.

Pricing was good, everyone was courteous, and like a few other people mentioned, it took a few messages to get someone scheduled. I had the gutters replaced in 2015 and had been pretty happy with them, except I kept having a leak around a gutter that I assumed was due to older shingles. I've had two roof repair people out to repair, and someone else to install a diverter, but even during a little bit of rain, the gutter has overflown out the back even under light rain. After years of using roof repair and spray to fix a leak in the shingles, I decided to pull the covers off of the gutters. The problem: The inside elbows are (correctly) a wire mesh instead of the metal cover on the other sections to allow for more movement at a high-water area, BUT nothing covers the wood on this section. The gutter guards go over this section on the non-mesh sections. So any heavy rain over the last four years, or even just rain flowing from the connected covers, goes right into the wood and around the back of the gutter. Not only that, but these were wood sections they replaced when swapping the gutters. Now I have four years of damage that I was able to fix for like $6 because these were not installed properly. I've been planning to replace my roof because of this stupid leak only to realize the shingles aren't leaking, my new gutters were. If you are looking at multiple gutter companies, I'd recommend a different one.

Susan and her husband are the best. They replaced my gutters 3 years ago and did a perfect job. They have the best products to offer their clients. I had consulted with several other gutter companies. The other companies were much more expensive ($4000.00-$5000 more expensive) and very pushy. The other companies also did not have the knowledge about gutter placement at certain areas of our house. All the other companies wanted to begin the project immediately. Susan, instead, told me we had rotted wood on our house which needed be replaced before gutters were installed. Once our contractor repaired and replaced the rotted wood, Jumbo Gutter finished the job in a few days. They were very professional, easy to speak with, and did an excellent job.

They came on time, sealed holes in the gutter, and adjusted gutter entanglement, and clean the gutter. They are very professional. I am very happy with their work.

Very slow to respond to my emails and calls. Once she came out, she assured us an estimate would arrive via email soon. Never heard from her again. I wish contractors who don't want your job would just say so! Stop wasting my time.

I called Susan and she was wonderful. Gave me a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled them within the next couple of days to fix my gutters. Great company and would use again!

I filled out a request for an estimate on their website. I received no less than twenty seven emails indicating they received my request. 27!!!! Yet, despite a follow-up phone call (which went to voicemail), I have not heard a peep from them in over 5 days. This, to me, displays a total incompetence, and rotten customer service.

My husband and I are very pleased with new gutters. Excellent workmanship! They seem to keep a full schedule (a good sign in my opinion) so, do not wait to call to get your name on their list.

Perfectly. This company was very professional. Good communication. The owners were outstanding as well as the workers. They were meticulous in their work. Took their time and did the job well. Cleaned up and left the lot exactly as they found it. The price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with the quality of the work.

Great. We used them for our old house a few years ago and knew we wanted to use them again for our new house. They do excellent work for a good price. And the eco leaf guard works great. This is a family owned business and very responsive. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors.

This is a family owned and run business and are nice people to deal with. They quoted us a good price for the work we needed done and showed up on time. I have been waiting for a hard rain to put up a review and everything seems to be working as intended. I would definitely hire them again if we need further work done.

Susan from Jumbo Gutter Company showed up on time and gave me a terrific estimate for our 4300 sq. ft. house. It was at least half of what the bigger companies were offering and her product was as good or, in some cases, better. I contracted the work, they showed up on the assigned day, worked hard but completely respectful of our and our pet's space. They cleaned up so well, you wouldn't even know they'd been here except that our gutters now look spectacular. Yes, Jumbo Gutter Company is small. Yes, it is a family-owned business. And YES!!! you get your money's worth and then some!

Great experience all around - very responsive and a great price.

I contacted Susan and she came out within a couple of days at my convenience. She was very friendly and took all of the time I needed to explain my issues. I immediately felt this was an honest family owned company. She did not try to upsell me which was refreshing, The only issue I had was that after I accepted the proposal I was not contacted by the company until I contacted them several weeks later. Susan nicely explained that they had an employee with the flu and they had gotten behind on scheduling, I believe they came out the next week and work was done to my satisfaction for what I consider to be a reasonable price. I would definitely hire this company again and will refer them to my friends.

The work was completed. It took a long time between the estimate and when the work was done. The weather had created a backup of their work. This is the second time that I have used them. They had replaced a gutter for me previously.

Had Susan come out to give quote. showed up late. called her back same day to go head with work. ice storm following weekend.had to call again following Monday to see when work could be done, said would call back on Tuesday. had to call on Wednesday. said could be done on following week. next Tuesday had to call again heard another story. do not need stories just needed work done. Cancelled... called another company. start of story 01/16 cancelled 02/02/16

I previously had the wood portions of my home covered with vinyl and the gutters were shot so we scrapped them. Jumbo was on top of the list so we contacted them to get a quote on Replacement. After a little while Susan sent the quote and we agreed to hire Jumbo. I ask anyone that is having exterior work on their home to please be patient as it only takes a couple days of rainy weather to throw a wrench in the schedule for these guys. I also work in the elements so I completely understand. the install went great about 3 or 4 hours and they were finished. The gutters put the finishing touch on my home and the color matched the vinyl perfectly. Big Thanks to Jumbo and Merry Christmas to your whole team. You Guys are Great
